6 weeks post op finally!!!

WORTH IT
Hi guys. I am very pleased to be 6 weeks post op with no complications. I’ve been in my Columbian faja for a few weeks now. And it’s no joke. When they say compression is key they are not lying. Please please wear your faja and no sitting for a minimum of 6 weeks no excuses. And most importantly keep up with the massages. I’m going to keep it real I’m still a little swollen and hard, but will continue to massage. And it’s safe to say I still have along way to go healing wise. Remember guys 3-6months for final results.
I’ve been doing some body weight exercises and taking extra protein in my diet and my bum has actually grown.
I have now added in waist training for extra compression and shaping, and will continue working out and eating well.

Looking great. I have scheduled a consult for a bbl with Dr Cotrufo next month. A bit worried as someone messaged me saying ge did a terrible job on her. How did you find Dr Cotrufo?
Hello, thank you for your comments. Well all I can say from personal experience is that this guy did a fantastic job on me and I am very happy with the results. I found Dr Cotrufo to be really nice and straight forward, which I appreciate. Please feel free to ask more questions if you like.
That's good to know. He definitely did a fantastic job as you look amazing. I don't live in London, so not sure how I'd travel home after, with not being able to sit. That's something I'll have to find out.
Well hopefully you’ll have a car to take you home. So just lay on our front on the back seat. And tell the driver to take it easy, because that first car ride is a bit painful. How far out from London do live?
I live in West Yorkshire, takes about 2 and a half hours on the train. Maybe I'd be better staying in London for a week, then getting the train and trying to stand most of time. There are no surgeons who do bbls often near me.
Wow that’s quite a journey. I think your right staying a few days in London may be for the best. Till your strong enough to stand.
Glad you’re okay

Just wondered how you're doing now?
Hello dear i am doing so well thank you. Everything is looking amazing and I'm happy. I need to update soon I'm already 4 months post op
That's great to hear. Glad you have had an amazing outcome.
Hi! Thank you for such a detailed review. Do you have pictures of your body before and after or an Instagram at all?
Hello. I'll be doing a one year review in the next few days. Now that we are allowed out I can finally see the doctor for my one year post op check.
Thanks for sharing your experience:) really helpful. I want him to do mine as I don't want to go abroad. Looking at your before and after, I can slightly see that your shape is curvier however, it'll be more helpful for Cotrufo's if you allowed us to see more pics. Can you please upload some more especially projection. Really need your help! Thanks again x

Over it!!!

I am so miserable. I’m not even going to try and sugarcoat it but, I’m miserable and frustrated. I feel like 6 weeks is going to take forever to come but then again I know it will be here in no time. I just don’t really have anyone to talk about this to you so I thought I’d put it on here about how miserable I’m feeling, I don’t know when the discomfort will end. I feel like I have such a long way to go and I can’t imagine the end of the recovery tunnel.
I don’t know how I feel. Do I regret doing it? No. Will I ever do it again? Hell no!!! I just can’t wait to be able to just relax and sleep properly again. I’m so over lying on my front, kneeling, not sitting down.
This is just a one week sleep deprived review I’m sure in a couple of weeks I’ll be feeling a lot better.
Right now I’m experiencing quite a bit of swelling and this horrible burning sensation which kills me every time I feel it. I can’t nap or sleep for long periods of time without feeling like I’m bursting at the seams whilst being set alight. The first time the burning sensation started I literally felt like I was on fire, then I realised that it’s my nerves trying to repair themselves. I didn’t expect to feel that so early on in the recovery, but hey everybody is different.
I had my one week postop consultation with the surgeon and he said everything is looking good so far and I’ve told him about the burning and he said it’s completely normal.
Oh and by the way I have to tell you about my pain medication experience. I have had previous surgery and I was on the same painkillers and antibiotics but I never experienced the side-effects I have experienced this time. One day I was having such horrible horrible vivid nightmares and when I was awake I felt like I was hearing whispers and then looked up the side-effects of tramadol and realised that hallucinations is listed. That being said I came off that painkiller so quickly, and just started taking paracetamol and ibuprofen. Also I felt really nauseous and threw up a few times. But today was the last day of my antibiotics and I celebrated. I can now going forward try to detox my body because I feel like I’m full of crap!
Sorry for the long post ranting I just had to get my feelings and thoughts out there. Have a good day dolls!

Keep your head up hun x
Thank you. I’m feeling a lot better now x
When your swelling subsides, I can tell that you're gonna look amazing, like a slim thick Duckie Thot. It gets better. that first week is hell and swell hell is well, hell. The burning sensation of your nerve endings healing is so annoying, especially on the back and sides and the stomach hardness is annoying but it's temporary. In two weeks, you'll be really starting to feel yourself. Take it a day at a time and trust the process, doll!
Lol thank you so much. Day by day I’m getting there x
Hey luv how are you doing? Recovery? Xx
I’m okay getting there slowly day by day. My new challenge is trying to stay in my columbian faja for more than an hour lol. That thing takes some getting used to. How’s you coming along? Xx
Did you buy the Colombian one then? So did I, I have 3 diff sizes and they are too difficult to put on. I’m really good just the not sitting down thing is annoying but will be worth it I guess
Yeah I got one I can manage to get into it. But then I get paranoid it’s squashing my hips. So I go back to my old one and compress loads. That not sitting thing is killing me slowly. I just keep thinking don’t squash the fat only a few more weeks to go. I cannot wait for that 6 week mark to hit
Oh babe I just read this update. You described it so perfectly the burning. It will go you just have to push through the pain. I felt it when I get up but once up I was completely fine. Each week you will get better and get used to the sleep thing. I promise! Glad you’re off the tramadol just stick to paracetamol. I used to get weird dreams I think I still do lol. Just think how good you’re results will be and I promise you will forget all that pain :) All the best Xx
I’m a lot better now that burning sensation is so much better I barely feel it now. I’m now working on trying to get the swelling down. I found a amazing Brazilian lady to do my massages. And now just doing a little stretching, the more I move the better I feel.
That’s really good xx

Other side concluded

So once I got home I rested up drank a lot and peed a lot my aunt helped me with the medication. Please make sure that you eat whilst taking these medicines as they can make you feel very sick and they also make you very drowsy so I did sleep a lot but I still kept waking up every hour to pee. by the way the female urinal is very very important please make sure that you have one it’s a lifesaver and stops you from having to try to sit when I first woke up from surgery and I wanted to pee I forgot about it and had to squat low which wasn’t painful but not ideal then when I remembered I brought it with me the nurse got it out of my bag and that’s what I’ve been using ever since.
I almost forgot to discuss drains. I didn’t get any drains put in me and I did leak a bit in the hospital but by the time I got home or the leaking has stopped so massages will be very important for me to get all this fluid out.
As of yet I’ve not had a bowel movement and I’m not looking forward to doing it I’m not sure how it will work in this garment as of yet but we will cross that bridge when we get there LOL!
Wiesje Gave me some tips on drinking plenty of water and having a lot of fibre. I’ve been having quite a bit of fruit and salads since I’ve been out of hospital. Wiesje gave me some tips on drinking plenty of water and having a lot of fibre. I’ve been having quite a bit of fruit and salads since I’ve been out of hospital. So hopefully I will have a bowel movement tonight or tomorrow.
I also had a therapeutic/lymphatic drainage massage as for the first week Dr Cotrufo advises strongly that you do not get any massages on your lipoed areas You do not want to ruin any of the places that he has placed the fat so please listen to him. After that massage I felt a lot better and I’ve been more mobile ever since so walking is a little easier and getting in and out of bed is a little easier too.
I will now try and insert some pictures in my garment you can’t see very much as I am really swollen but I can tell I am much curvier in the waist I have a flat stomach and I have some projection my bum was small and the skin was tight so I know that not much fat could placed there but for me this is perfect as I didn’t want a huge bum so overall so far I am very pleased with what I see.
So sorry it was a long one guys just wanted it to be as detailed as possible. Please if you have questions let me know and I’ll try my best to answer them if I don’t get back to you quickly it’s probably because I’m sleeping because I’m drowsy still lol.

Omg the bowel movement. You start to feel congested but once you do it’s the best feeling. Thank God for my sheweee too haha
I had the bowel movement this morning finally and it was good. I think all the healthy eating helped as it wasn’t painful because those laxatives are aggressive in my experience x
Good for you, you must feel better.
You do look curvier. Very natural looking though.
You look good. You will probably look even more curvier once the swelling goes down.
Thanks hun x. Do you have any surgery booked as of yet. So are you thinking of going with?
I haven't had my surgery yet but I'm thinking of going with Dr. Dowbak or Dr. Kagan.
Sorry for the long reply, trying to recover. Have you made any inquiries about them yet? Or have you got a possible date in mind?
I had a breast reduction yesterday. I feel like I'm dying. But they look good. This pain is almost unbearable.
Oh dear!! Take it easy and rest well, keep on top of the pain meds [RS bleep]
You look good girl glad you’re healing well x
Thank you. X
