Spectrum Aesthetics is Very Unprofessional and Ghetto!!

Hello dolls! I’m here to share my experience at Spectrum Aesthetics with you all! I wanted to leave them a 5 star review because that’s just the kind of person I am! If you are professional,accommodating and respectful I will be the first to brag about the great service I received because I’m also a business owner of 3 businesses. With that being said let’s start with the little bit of good I did come across. The anesthesiologist was amazing! She was so kind,she smiled a lot she spoke kindly and she put me at ease before I went into sx. One of the very young ladies that sit outside to let you inside of the building was very kind and considerate and the lady who gave me my paperwork to fill out was really nice! Other than that everyone else I came across was rude, talked to you any kind of way with no respect and just not very professional whatsoever!! I can see if they come across patients that are very rude,yelling at them or cursing them out etc but that is NOT the type of person I am at all!!! I’m very soft spoken and respectful to everyone no matter who they are. Anyways...I just had my bbl plus 360 lipo 8 days ago in Miami! I have been in harsh pain every since my surgery. My recovery has been worst than most! I went to back to Spectrum after my surgery since I was hospitalized and I needed a stronger med they told me to come in so Chang could write me a script for something stronger so my RH drives me there(45) minutes away! I get there and tell the lady at the desk I was there to ick up my script and she says well Chang’s not here so we can’t do anything so I say...well why did you guys tell me to come here then? She tells me to hold on and goes in the back to speak to a doctor and comes back out with a script for a week med and says the doctor said to tell you to either take it or leave it! I was so appalled with how she came back out with such an attitude and rude message from the doctor I couldn’t believe it! My post op appointment I never seen Chang they only took my temperature and blood pressure and said welp your good to go! I wasn’t asked if I had any concerns,complications NOTHING!!! I just broke down crying right in front of the nurse then she finally asks me what’s wrong! I get home still in much pain and Spectrum calls me and says they just wanted to follow up with me and I said I’ve been running a fever every other day 100.9 and I’m still in so much pain and she says oh,I’ll give you a call right back and that was 2 days ago! They are SO UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE! They enjoy taking your money but treat you with no respect like your not a human being who just gave them all this money for a service! As for Dr. Chang only thing that bothered me a little about him is that he didn’t speak to me when he walked into the room. I said hello how are you to him first then he acknowledged that I was sitting there. Other than that he’s an amazing surgeon it just sucks he works at such a crappy clinic that’s pretty ghetto in my opinion. His work is amazing and I’m very happy with my results! Very very happy! If you decide to go to Spectrum Aesthetics just don’t look for kind,curtous,professional,compassionate service cause your definitely not gonna get it there!
