Office Review: spare yourself! long story short I have not got my money bk

DONT DO IT! I booked a bbl with Carvalho. I scheduled to come in for preop bc I’m on the smaller side I wanted to know exactly how much weight I should gain for surgery. I flew from Charlotte to Miami. I was scheduled to fly bk later that evening. I get to my preop to be informed after waiting for an hr that Dr Carvalho doesn’t even work that day. I reach out to the coordinator who scheduled me she was very rude and had no resolution. The office manager brushed me off for a while but I wasn’t leaving until I was addressed. She offered me a free Covid test! I was told by the coordinator they don’t do refunds… do your own research bc on their website the do refunds so of course I requested one it takes up to 30business days supposedly it’s been an extra month on top of that and all they can say is the will forward my message to the accounting department long story short I have not got my money bk
