Go to the Surgeons Private Practice. Stay Away from CG.
First off, I would like to say that I’ve had two operations. One tummy tuck by Dr. Loosien and one BBL by Dr. Carvalho. Both of my surgeons did amazing work. If I could go back, I would call them directly and go directly to their private practice. CG cosmetics constantly lies. There’s always an additional charge somewhere hidden their postop is the worst. They will destroy your amazing work provided by your doctor in one visit.. I feel like the postop nurses or whoever they wanna
I Had an Amazing Experience
I had an abdominoplasty and breast reduction without implants two and a half years ago, and more recently I underwent a 360 liposuction with BBL. The results exceeded my expectations! I regained my self-esteem and today I feel much more confident as a woman, a wife, a mother, and a professional. I am truly grateful to Dr. Décio Carvalho, an incredible professional. Love my results, had a lift with implants. Dr. C is an amazing surgeon. And staff is excellent. I felt very comfortable, not your normal surgical suite but it definitely did the job!! CG cosmetics can get confusing but Dr. Carvahlo made it well worth it.

This review is for Dr. Carvahlo himself, not CG cosmetics. I am 2 days post-op and feel/look great. I had a BBL, lipo 360, & j-plasma. Dr. Carvahlo is pleasant and had great bedside manner. He gave me a realistic idea of what to expect for my body type and he delivered. I will continue to upload pics & videos as I recover.

So I've been wanting this procedure since 2016. I've put down at least $3,500 in deposits since then and always backed out. This Time I'm ready lol. I am 26 years old. I wish I could give Dr Carvalho 10 stars, I had a BBL done with him at New Image Cosmetic Surgery Center and I truly love the results. I had an amazing experience from the beginning, he was very nice and professional, explained everything in detail and understood my wishes. I just had my tummy tuck and breast augmentation with dr decio carvalho at seduction cosmetics in doral fl and i have to say im very happy it was all worth it he is an amazing dr he did more than i expected like he said hes a perfectionist i was really worried at first and the office staff didnt seem to organized that made me very concerned but the dr is completely amazing hope this help others who are looking

Uneven Lipo
I had lipo & BBL with Dr.Carvalho in November 2023. He left me with a ton of uneven lipo on my stomach and he didn’t even touch my back. My BBL was realistic but had dents everywhere. I just had to do another round (different surgeon) to correct the unevenness.
