This review is for Dr. Carvahlo himself, not CG cosmetics. I am 2 days post-op and feel/look great. I had a BBL, lipo 360, & j-plasma. Dr. Carvahlo is pleasant and had great bedside manner. He gave me a realistic idea of what to expect for my body type and he delivered. I will continue to upload pics & videos as I recover.
I'm in love with my results, I had bbl on March 11, 2021 (2 weeks ago) and I'm already in a perfect shape. I'm also so happy with the follow up team. I'll recommend Carvalho 100% I'm in love with my results.
So I've been wanting this procedure since 2016. I've put down at least $3,500 in deposits since then and always backed out. This Time I'm ready lol. I am 26 years old. I am 5"3 and currently 148 pounds. I have a 6 year old. I hope to gain 10 pounds before surgery 4/15/21. I am currently taking a weight gain syrup (apetamin). I decided to get surgery because I've always been extremely skinny. In 2016 I went on a weight gain journey and went from 110 to 165. AND I LOVED IT. Now I need hips and a small waist. I've always been up and down (but I've always had boobs and small cute butt). I'm looking to get natural results with a bomb slim figure. I am sooooo excited. If any girls need weight gain tips just lmk. Also I am struggling with which Recovery home to stay with. Surgery is in Miami. So far everything has been great. I wanted a date in 2021 so I had to pay an extra fee. Which was fine with me. Instead of a $250 deposit I had to pay $1,000. Danielle is GREAT; very friendly and approachable. I am nervous because I've heard carvalho can have bad bed side manners but I'm much more concerned with his results Updated on 8 Apr 2021: Everything is PAID! I am sooooooo excited about this surgery. I've been wanting this for so long and IT IS HAPPENING. I've decided to stay at Joyful Recovery for post Op care. So far everyone seem nice, HOWEVER, I had to change my dates and I still haven't receive a confirmation email on that. They've taken my $200 deposit so I hope everything is ok. I haven't bought my flight to Miami yet. But I have bought my return flight. I decided to fly home first class. I just want the extra room and privacy. She was small like me but looked very thick. I asked her what did she tell them so that she was proportionate and she said she got fat transferred to he outer thighs. Have y'all ever heard of that? Is it worth it? Updated on 9 May 2021: I am two weeks pre op. I am so excited to be having my surgery with Carvalho. I have officially stopped my weight gain. Leaving me at 160 pounds. I am so excited. I will add more before pics on here. I'll try to keep this app as up to date as possible. Updated on 4 Jun 2021: I am 100% satisfied with my results. I did not bring any wish pics. All I told him was I wanted to have a nice shape and HE DELIVERED! He completely flattened my stomach (and I have a kid). My hips are amazing, perfect for my figure. And my butt is so round and cute. It's big but the perfect amount of big. He was amazing. He came in and got straight to the point. He answered all my questions and was very approachable. THIS REVIEW IS ONLY OF CG NOT MY SURGEON. He facility was very up to date and clean. All the staff was nice and well groomed. The process for pre op was easy and well organized. I was at my pre op appointment for about 3 hours (which I expected). Everything at the facility is paid in cash, bring extra cash just in case. You will need to buy your garments and pay any remaining balances in cash. Also any test or assessments must also be paid in cash. If you lost your form of payment be sure to have a mobile bank log in. You may also bring it in person if you have it. The day of surgery be on time and wear loose clothing. I suggest button up dress and slide in shoes. If u have insurance bring it with you your medications might be covered (mine were). The staff rushes you into a wheel chair soon as you wake up from surgery. I had no complaints about this facility. I felt safe, and welcomed. Updated on 26 Jul 2021: I am 9 weeks post op and I am starting to feel normal FINALLY! I am 150% satisfied with my results. It came out better than I thought it would. I wish I could give Dr Carvalho 10 stars, I had a BBL done with him at New Image Cosmetic Surgery Center and I truly love the results. I had an amazing experience from the beginning, he was very nice and professional, explained everything in detail and understood my wishes. Dr Carvalho is definitely one of the best doctors in Miami .
I love Dr.Carvalho very professional can't wait for my tummy tuck I did a bbl and I couldn't be anymore happier he has amazing hands and god bless your work I can't stop telling everyone about my results he gave me just what I asked him.
I just had my tummy tuck and breast augmentation with dr decio carvalho at seduction cosmetics in doral fl and i have to say im very happy it was all worth it he is an amazing dr he did more than i expected like he said hes a perfectionist i was really worried at first and the office staff didnt seem to organized that made me very concerned but the dr is completely amazing hope this help others who are looking
Bbl Review CG Cosmetics- Dr Carvahlo First I would like to ask why on earth NOBODY has mentioned the condition of the building? Now I wasn’t expecting state of the art Dr Miami building, by I was at least expecting a little more than mildly raggedy. It looks like the pre-op building and Dr Carvahlo office has Never had a facelift. Like ever. With that being said, it makes you kinda feel disgusting. Like maybe I should have saved an extra 15k to have it done with a doc who cares about his external appearance, after all this is cosmetic surgery. Pre-op experience sucked to the max! I got there at 9am, walked in the door and there were literally 15 people waiting to be seen. The medical assistant told me that it’s like that every single day. Didn’t get out until 1pm! And that wasn’t because I was busy prepping it was because I was waiting for everyone Else that was before me. So my recommendation is to definitely get your labs, clearance, ekg done BEFORE you get there. That way when you go to pre-op maybe you won’t have to stay as long. Next….. Surgery scheduled for Sept 6th 2022. I got here at 10:30. The office for Dr Carvahlo is separate from CG pre-op building, but it still is not very comfortable looking on outside and in. I feel like the photos online are deceiving. Nurse got mad at me because I asked her to prime my IV a little more because I saw air bubbles. She had another nurse come in and do it. Doc came in and he didn’t want to see my wish pics, I’ll trust that’s cuz he knows what he’s doing, but he also said that I shoulda got a tummy tuck since I have four kids. My problem with this is that my coordinator told me she showed him my pics and said I was a great candidate. Again deceiving. So I was scheduled for 11, and it’s 11:53. Still waiting. I will follow up after surgery. Finally got in at 12:30, and omg the operating room was so dated as if we were in the 1980s! I’m telling you it was scary looking! I almost left out of there. Again, for the price you can’t really complain. I got bbl and jplasma for $7500. After the procedure they had me sitting in this little hall for recovery. I had to go to the bathroom and the nurses said I can’t get up so just pee on myself. Luckily I had a great caretaker that got me washed up and changed into a new faja as soon as we got home. She was furious about the fact that they told me to pee on myself . I did see Dr Carvahlo in the recovery room and I asked him to come here so I could ask him how it went, and he ignored me and kept walking. The after pain was excruciating!!!!!!!! When I got back to the hotel I took 2 Percs at 345 and it did not touch the pain. I took one more like 2 hours later and still felt like my stomach was on fire, then took one more around 8 and finally I was able to at least lay down and with stand the pain, so pretty much 20mg plus the Tylenol is what I needed. Of course they will only tell you to take a half of one, but that’s not realistic. I think it was so bad because of the j plasma Today, Sept 7th the burning has went away, it’s more achey now. Headed to post op. I will let you know how that goes. Post op suite is way cleaner and neat looking. I was in and out within 30 minutes. My caretaker set up my massage to get done by someone else so we didn’t have to wait in the clinic for that. Overall so far I am satisfied with my results. He said I shoulda got a tummy tuck but it seems like the jplasma is already making my tummy feel super tight! I have 4 kids and have never felt it this right since before I had kids. He filled out my bottom but didn’t add a whole lot because I already have some fat, just needed shaping. It’s 2 days post op. Sleeping is uncomfortable, draining a lot, but that’s apart of the process. So overall, clinic is dated, you wait a very long time, operating room is very small and no up to date looking tools, but I’m Alive and results look good! Not sure what star level to give that lol
He is a very cold doctor. He seemed to be annoyed to even have to do surgery. Everything was rushed and he was giving me last minute supplies and instructions to follow literally minutes prior to surgery. His work was great! I wanted a natural look. Didn't necessarily want a humongous butt that made me look like an ant. I just wish he had better bedside manner. Also, you won't get any follow up care by the surgeon. Which was cool with me because I had no complications. It was a smooth process so I give him that.
Send the extra $1,000s & go somewhere else. Tells me day of surgery he couldn’t give me the look I wanted but was told a month prior he could. Doesn’t check on you after & rushed. Did not do full 360 lipo.
I got a BBL in Miami sept 2020 and it was nothing like I expected it feels fake and looks like implants. My doctor will not get back to me. What should I do for better results? You can definitely see where the fat was placed.
