Hi everyone,
I know that a lot of you were frustrated because of the pandemic and so there has been a lot of delays in surgeries and traveling but divine timing is real so don’t lose hope just know that when the timing is right the universe and God will allow you to move forward safely. I just wanted to come here and give an update on how I’ve been after a full year and I am still very happy with my results. My butt/hips is at 44-45 inches in ratio.. my Waist is 28-29 inches. I do have some stretch marks on my arms and I still need to work out because when I came back from Colombia I was 148. I am now 154.5. Remember ladies this is a lifestyle change so you want to make sure that you’re continuously eating healthy giving up carbs because I know for me carbs makes me gain weight easily. Through this journey I’ve learned to love myself more and to love my body more and I’m not perfect I’m not Instagram perfect but I’m happy and loving myself even more because I’m taking care of my body because I love my body. So I come on here to let you all know ladies you need to learn how to love yourself and love your body and take care of your body that is the most important piece of advice I can give you and if you’re still in the process of getting your surgery continue to still be healthy and still learn to love yourself so that way when you do go on this journey and the procedure does happen you go, you So I come on here to let you all know ladies you need to learn how to love yourself and love your body and take care of your body that is the most important piece of advice I can give you and if you’re still in the process of getting your surgery continue to still be healthy and still learn to love yourself so that way when you do go on this journey and the procedure does happen you come out stronger. My advice is to wear your Faja although I’m not wearing mine I sound like a hypocrite lol but it has been way too hot. I still keep my forehead and want to get them a little bit more resized. I would like round two only to take fat outs however I do feel like if I work hard I can just work out.

Hey everyone, hope your surgery journeys and research are going well. I wanted to give a 5 month post opp update. I’ve been so busy with work so I haven’t been able to do any more massages; however in Colombia I did 20 and in USA I did 12 more so that’s a total of 32 post opp massages. I’ll be honest during the 4th month, I sometimes slept without my faja and on the weekend I don’t wear it if I’m going out. I would encourage you to wear your faja and be very consistent as much as possible. The faja will help shape you and keep your results looking better. Im still happy with my body, I also want to start working out now to enhance my results even further. When I came back from Colombia I was 148 and now I’m around 158 so that’s almost a 10lb weight gain which mainly went to my thighs, a lil on the arms and face. That is why working out and eating healthy is very important. I would may consider a round 2; however, I feel that with exercise and a healthy lifestyle that wouldn’t be necessary, my butt is big and my stomach is flatter. Just remember ladies this is a lifestyle change and not a quick fix. Also the natural look is way better than that Vixen look unless that’s the look you are going for. I’d say being healthy and working out will make YOU look better and enhance your body.

Almost 3 months Post OPP!

I will forever be grateful that I went to this man. I’m loving my body and at this point I need to go to the gym and tone up. It is not advisable to gain a lot of weight or eat anything you want after the third month in my opinion. I do drink sometimes but I’m really trying to refrain from that as that causes inflammation. I am now on the third hook of my smallest faja that I got from Colombia. What I love the most is that many people think that my body is natural it does not look fake or exaggerated and that’s exactly what Ortega did. I strongly recommend him. I’m feeling better I’m feeling like myself I am trying my best to remain eating healthy sometimes I’ll have an ice cream or something Lol other than that I’m drinking nothing but water.
