I am from the Netherlands, and after extensive research for a 360 lipo and BBL procedure, I ultimately chose Dr. Erman Ak in Istanbul, Turkey.
I decided on him as my doctor because he visited the Netherlands for consultations, and I felt at ease with him right away. He was straightforward about what could and could not be achieved. Dr. Ak approached my situation with honesty and expertise. Where other doctors either refused me for a BBL due to limited fat availability or suggested a butt implant, Dr. Ak confidently stated that it was achievable by specifically extracting fat from my arms and back. This meant I couldn't have an arm lift and breast lift simultaneously as I wanted. However, the arm lipo is so effective that I might not even need an arm lift now.
Following the consultation, I was in communication with the wonderful assistant, Rabia. She thoroughly explained each step of the surgical process from start to finish, maintaining contact with me via phone and WhatsApp. Furthermore, she consistently stayed in touch throughout the entire process and my recovery period in Istanbul, reaching out to me both in the mornings and evenings to ensure everything was proceeding smoothly.
I was especially struck by Dr. Ak's commitment and caring demeanor. His daily visits to the hospital after my surgery to monitor my recovery provided great comfort and reassurance.
Dr. Ak is not just an expert and skilled professional in his field, but also a kind, dedicated, and compassionate physician. This is why I have chosen to return to Dr. Ak for my additional surgeries in 2024. For me, there's no one else but Dr. Ak; he truly is the best.
