Compassionate and Quality Care Skinny BBL

I went to several consultations to find someone who could perform a lipo 36p + skinny bbl + skin tightening, ab etching and perform "magic" on someone who is very active and lean. My biggest complaints were the following: a banana roll crease that developed for whatever reason after turning 30, hip dips, what I believe, a lack of butt projection, a slight pouch in the lower abdomen, my flanks despite having a 2 pack, and the overall elasticity of my skin after turning 30.
Dr. Nykiel was very honest and told me that projection was something he would not be able to achieve for me with the amount of fat that he believes he could transfer and would only be able to fill in my hips and bring in my waist. If I truly want projection, I would have to opt for implants, which I was against in putting foreign objects in my body.
I am current post op day 11. I have yet to see the final results (was told that I was only able to transfer 200cc in each hip area) but here's what you can expect. You can expect to have the utmost highest level of quality care and support from Dr. Nykiel and his staff. This is your body so I am inherently going to have LOTS of questions and may appear to be high maintenance, but the staff does NOT make you feel that way at all. They answer every single question that you have and NEVER make you feel you are asking too much. They even check in with you to see how you are feeling. Special kudos to Tamantha. She truly makes you feel you are supported and cared for 24/7. It has beyond exceeded my expectations in terms of the quality of care that Dr. Nykiel and his staff have provided thus far. He and his team treats everyone equally, where I've historically felt undermined and belittled for not being a high profile patient who is an influencer or celebrity.
I'm looking forward to see my final results and perhaps... I may opt to get some sculptra injections for that projection that I feel as though is missing when I recover :)
