Amazing Results (6 Weeks Post-Op) - Skinny BBL

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Taranow. Today I'm 6 weeks post-op from having a skinny BBL and I couldn't be happier. From my first consultation with Dr. Taranow I knew I wanted to move forward with my procedure with him. He is very easy to talk to and really listened to me as I explained my goals. I had my BBL at the beginning of May and the staff was super helpful and supportive every step of the way. Shout out to Cindy and Beatrice for always sending reminders and making it such a smooth process.

I had my surgery in the morning, the day after my birthday, and everyone in the operating room sang me Happy Birthday before my anesthesia, which was super sweet. Dr. Taranow called me later that night to check on me and again the next day. I had a smooth recovery and knew I could reach out if I needed anything. When I went in the next week for my first post-op appointment, Dr. Taranow took out my stitches and gave me flowers, which was such a nice gesture. I felt truly taken care of. The cost of the procedure was well worth the results and the time and attention Dr. Taranow provided.

I felt back to normal about 2 weeks after my BBL and did not experience any side effects. I drank a lot of pineapple juice and arnica tea, and used the arnica gel for bruising. I got 5 lymphatic massages total, the first one was 4 days after my procedure. I was prepared for it, so it wasn't as bad as I thought because Dr. Taranow didn't leave my incisions open so it was just a massage with no drainage. I'm glad I did the massages and I don't think you need more than 5 if you're compressing as directed.

Now I am 6 weeks out and have been back to my regular life. All my swelling went down after about 2-3 weeks and my body looks amazing. I am still wearing my compression garment under clothes. I highly recommend Dr. Taranow and have even sent friends to him since my procedure. You will definitely be in good hands!
