Years later and this is what is looks like with exercise and healthy eating

I been eating healthy and working out for almost 6 months. Lost some weight and toned up. And I look better now but the truth of the matter is i will most likely still need a classic butt lift because he placed too much fat on bottom of my booty causing it to look a bit sagged. That and it’s asymmetrical which has improved with the weight lost. It’s less apparent I mean. Im feeling more confident now after losing the stress weight i gained in the couple years after surgery.

Your results look very natural with the exception of what you pointed out and it doesn’t look horrible but I understand your concerns but you still look amazing and what’s most important for me is how natural you look! You actually look like you were born with a naturally nice body ( even though you also looked good before ) . Some of these BBL’s well no now days most of these BBL’s be too exaggerated and all of the shapes look exactly the same. I didn’t see any front pictures did you also have fat injected in your hips? Can you add front pictures and if you could do it all over again would you? Oh another reason I believe your results look very natural too because you’re smaller on top a lot of girls are getting extremely large breast and butts and it’s overkill, too much.

Im honestly over the unevenness cause is not that bad - but my butt sags .. he put into much fat at the bottom causing a diaper appearance.. it's gotta worst overtime .. just be careful

Who was your surgeon? I'm looking and cannot find anywhere. Honestly I think directly after surgery it was perfecto but after it healed and you exercised it looks like it dropped a bit but you still look good. Maybe do round 2 all only to fill upper ass but I'd be happy to have you body

Before butt is way better than the diaper butt I was left with after surgery

Run away, don’t do it... look at my pics... dont go from what you have to diaper butt ... regret with depression and insecurity is what I was left with and oh yea and saggy asymmetrical butt that is very noticeable

Years later and butt is worst

Due to Salamas overfilling technique I am left looking like miss new diaper booty.
Im searching for docs to reduce the fat and perform a classic cut and stitch butt lift to help my situation. I will be creating a YouTube channel showing everyone my original and beautiful body, Salamas not so great work on me and my journey to fix what he did to me.
Don’t let his pics deceive you.. ever notice how he never puts up side profiles..
That’s cause that’s where you see the major flaw he leaves you with ... he doesn’t lift your butt... he makes it droopy with the ridiculous about of fat he adds. Im not saying he is a bad doc , just not a butt artist. He ruined mine. :/

Wow salamas on Hollywood?? Run away I have to remove my implants he is know been invistagated by the health department for what he did to me and then try to hide it like nothing was wrong after 3 months with pain I was rush to aventura hospital for 5 days and they couldn’t tell me what was wrong because he didn’t approve me a mri, I had to go to another hospital and then 3 more surgery’s with another surgeon it’s been a year and I still one more surgery’s, then I realized then in 2018 someone that he did surgery pass away the same day in the recovery house horrible doctor
