I didn't get the full results I needed

I was 23 when I got my bbl in Bronx,NY by Dr.Pitman. Let's start off by saying my surgery went good, I was woke and I felt little to no pain at all. Only thing I hated is when I got there they weighed me, told me I was over weight and I was suppose to lose weight before I came. I'm pretty sure I told them I was 200lbs but they had it down I was suppose to be 164 so I was suppose to get lipo360 + bbl but they only gave me Lipo in my stomach and my love handles and transferred it to my butt. I had to choose either or I was going to have to pay 1,500 extra that day, mind you I already braid them 8,300 so I wet and did and at first I was happy about my results but then my scars started keloid and I have a lot of back fat which makes it look like. I didn't get the full results I needed but other than I would never got back here and I'm planning my second surgery out the country and I'm planning on getting a tummy tuck as well
