Not satisfied — I'm embarrassed to be naked

I’m beyond upset I wasted $12k to feel embarrassed to be naked & hate my body. I had surgery January 2020 so i’m 11months post op and my butt looks like a disaster. There’s lumps you can see and the shape is so uneven. I’m going to need another round to fix what Dr.BBL did . I also was set up with a phone call with Dr.B to discuss the options a few months back to which I never received the call nor a follow up so I’ve been contacting his manager recently with little to no response from him either. Everything has been so unprofessional.
