Still feel great, can’t wait till I get to sit and sleep on my back though. I have a BBL pillow to sit but I can’t use it long because sitting on my thighs makes my legs fall asleep. Had my drains removed 9 days post op and it’s so much easier using restroom and showering without them. Pro tip for when you do have them in though: when showering I used a stretchy athletic headband pulled up on my thigh to clip the drains too.

I’ve been there twice and have been so satisfied. Height 5’4 weighed 120 and 155 when I went (approximately 10 months apart). I have had 1 baby by c-section which I will say was more painful then either surgery. First I was scheduled for a combo ba and bbl, without looking into it much. Did research in time leading up to it and decided to get best results I should do them separately so I don’t compromise one or the other. And I was scared for the pain! Seen reviews where he has done it for other patients and they had good outcomes, but feel like I’m usually with the unlucky ones. Plus I smoked/drank socially so if you go in for something like that I think you’re health should be 100%. He was graceful enough the day of surgery To allow me to reschedule the BBL for minimal fees! Very polite and non-pressured. Hate to put the office in a bind like that because it does mess with their schedules. Anyway recovery was easy for that, results turned out great! I opted for saline to save a little cash. They look very natural for my body. 

Skip forward a few months and I’m back for the BBL. I’m about a week post op and can’t believe my results! Talk about slim thick! Will upload pics when I’m healed a bit more, as my stomach still has swelling from Lipo. I do have some nasty bruises but many have already been re absorbed by my body. Drains are a must to get amazing results, I was a bit scared before but when you wake up with them it felt indifferent. Heard from massage therapist in the area that are unaffiliated with Elite, that the patients they get without drains are in horrible shape usually. Much more pain and swelling and blood everywhere. Plus he has never had a death from fat embolism in BBL which is the most common cause. They utilize special techniques and technologies to avoid those mistakes. Dr. Salama And office really seem to care about your health and feelings, if you want real bang for your buck he is your choice!

Another note: when doing this remember the surgery itself is not your final price. I’m from out of state and between travel, lodging, airbnbs, food, aftercare, massages, fajas/supplies, time missed from work, easily accumulated to about 10k extra.
