My cheeks are not even - one side of my body is higher than the other

I went Dr. Robert Kagan 03/2021 and that was the worst mistake of my life. The day of surgery Kagan rushed into the room literally spent less than 5 minutes with me. I was walked back in the surgery room by his assistant. I was put on the table strapped down like a mental patient. Before the guy put the mask on my face to put me to sleep, I asked him when Dr. Kagan was going to enter the operating room. He replied that he was right outside the door. I never seen Kagan enter in the surgery room before I was passed out, so I really have reason to believe that he did not perform my surgery. I followed up with all my post op care. Got the massages and I stayed in my garment. 3.5 weeks post op I started seeing the malfunction in my body. Fresh out of surgery my nurse stated that one of my cheeks was bigger than the other. I am over a year post op and still seeing the same issues from the weeks. My coordinator as well as the revision team advised that we have to wait a year post op to get a revision or to even be considered for one. My cheeks are not even one side of my body is higher than the other. I look deformed like I was born with some type of birth defect. I have been going through emotional depression for over a year. I have reached out to the Dr office about his mistake time after time. They have failed to get back with me on what options we have this has been ongoing and not one person at his office seems to care about how botched my surgery results. I have reached out to one of his partner Dr's in his facility and he rejected me for a correction surgery as well as 2 other doctors. They cannot fix his mistake. I am currently in the process of looking to filing a malpractice suit against him. I have given this office more than enough time to get back with me and they haven't. I will never be able to wear a thong or baiting suit ever again. I have one hip and lat. One butt cheek is higher than the other my shape is horrible. I had no prior issue before surgery I only went to Kagan to advance my looks and he did the total opposite. So many girls that have been a patient of Dr Kagan has similar issues and results we all look deformed and depressed with no way to turn on how to be fixed. I have reached out to the office multiple times via email and calls to request my medical records that have yet to release them. I sent my first revision request email on 06/18/2021. It is now June again and I am still fighting this issue 1 year later.
