Uneven thighs.
I had perfect thighs before, I’m regretting doing this so much, I’ve told him and his staff about my concerns and he hasn’t called me back at all to try and fix it or send me a refund. If you’re considering leg lipo please be aware this is how they could come out.
Mistake, Part Dysmorphia, Embarrassed, Disappointed, 21k Gone

It’s taken me two years to write this! I’m so emberrased of my body, I now have body dysmorphia, i had first went somewhere else where I did awake lipo and bbl and I wasn’t satisfied with my results. It was very minimal (I wish I would have just went somewhere else or been okay with my results because it wasn’t as bad as now) I then went to Dr Nykiel thinking he was top notch because of his followers on instagram and all his reviews! I originally went to him for a BBL and LIPO revision, after surgery I had to complain for two years about how unhappy I was with my results with him, I was so disappointment since I had already went through an experience before this. I complained two years, because my left side of my butt was way flatter at the top than my right side and my right side had and still has way more volume, he finally agreed to do lipo to my arms and legs because he said there was no other area of fat! and now I’m worse then where I started. (I made a big mistake going back to him to try and fix this) My body is uneven and noticeable,( I hate wearing tight clothes, dresses, leggings, ) Ive wasted $21k and now looking for a new surgeon! Please don’t go to a DR based off how many followers they have on social media. Do lots of research. I didn’t want to write this review because well, I’m just way too nice! And maybe I’m also to blame for going back to the same DR. But I think it’s time for people to be accountable for what they have done. ( I had to have my mom come with me to have a talk with him recently because i needed support from someone who can make you feel intimidated) im sure this happens to a lot of people not just from this DR but everywhere! I know plastic surgery won’t always come out perfect and that’s another reason I’m writing this so people are aware of what can go wrong. ): I have told him my concerns about my left top butt area has no fat on the top like my right and it’s so noticeable. When we did the revision which I had to pay $6k additional in 2023 after we did the lipo and bbl the first time for $17k back in 2021 he had told me he did put a lot of fat on the area on my left side, that I just needed to work out more on my left side, which I know that’s not the case! Because I have seen two other surgeons after that and they have told me that I have more fat on the top area of the right side. if he would have listened to my concerns in the beginning, we wouldn’t be here. I’ve been working out for over a year and it hasn’t changed at all!. My thigh is uneven on the left side and I HATE IT! My stomach is all uneven and there is more fat on my left lower side of belly, my left nipple is way lower then my right nipple, basically my left side of my body is fucked!! I get it! Nothing can be perfect but I’ll let you all look at my pictures and make up your own mind up, I’m sure the DR won’t be happy about this review and I’m wondering what BS he will write! What id really like is my money back to get this fixed because we know he has enough money to fix his mistakes for me it’s been really bad trauma mentally. I want other woman to know what I went through so they can make sure they think hard before booking their surgery with DR Nykiel.
My advice for you ladies is,
Seek for a Dr who only does 1-2 patients a day.
Look at after scars on other patients.
A Dr who can hide the scars.
Look for a Dr who listens to your concerns and sees what you see! And when you go under an anesthesia, you can trust that he’ll remember exactly what you want.
Also a Dr who can admit their wrongs and fix things without the patient having to pay.
Talks to you in detail on surgery day! Asks you multiple times of your concern areas before surgery.
