First of all dr. Kalsow was very honest about the fact that my stomach would not be completely flat after lipo because I needed muscle repair. Anyway, I am very happy with my results. WAY BETTER than my round 1 (which was with another HORRIBLE NYC doctor who's last name I won't say (but it starts with a S and ends with an N lol) I didn't have too much fat since I've already had lipo before, but doctor Kalsow made my results AMAZING. He added fat to the right areas of my butt and hips to make it look perfect. I would definitely recommend him

I paid $6500 for lipo360/BBL. I was awake the first time and I was awake this time as well. Never did general anesthesia
Oh that’s good to know . Do you think being awake was painful? I’d rather be awake than be sedated but I guess it depends on my pain tolerance .
I have a pretty high pain tolerance but honestly it's not as painful as most people say. The numbing is the most annoying part , there are a few stings here and there but nothing too bad
