Consultation with Dr Dennis Dass

I just had a consultation with Dr Dass in Beverly Hills. I told him I wanted to remove fat from the central area to get rid of the projection. He said there are high risks of irregularities in that area because the skin in thin in the central area. He said he doesn’t like to do this kind of revision because of the risks. I’m devastated. Dr Dass has the eyes for perfection, all work is so amazing. I was hoping he could reshape my butt to a smaller and natural looking one. I really don’t know what to do now. Can you ladies give me suggestions of other DRs who have done BBL reductions?

Butt is still too big
My butt is still too big for my frame. I get teased about it a lot. And so I still cover up. My goal is to lose ~10 pounds and get to 123-125! Right now I’m 133lb. If I reach my weight goal and my butt doesn’t shrink, I’m am going to Dr Dennis Dass for round 2 revision.

Yea just alittle he needs to focus on the cheeks alittle more, everything else looks great. The problem with losing weight is that everything else goes first because the fat on the buttocks is concentrated but everyone is different could work for you Goodluck hun!
Hey Fay i did a buttock lift reduction my dr removed over 2000 ccs if your ok with the scar it works im two weeks post op now check out my pics

It happens to me and someone else I know. So I asked my Dr. and that was his reply. It makes sense though, the fat they inject into the butt is the stubborn fat most people couldn't lose in the first place. But I have to mention, it's just info I recieved, not sure how accurate it is.

I’m healing very well. However, my right butt cheek is bigger than my left side. In some photos it’s noticeable, in some it’s not.

I have mixed feelings about it. In mirrors my butt looks small which is what I prefer. But when my sisters take unexpected photos of my butt it looks huge! And one side of my butt is bigger than the other. I do have to admit it is a relief Having a smaller butt.

Im going for a big reduction then im getting an upper buttock lift..i would rathrr live wuth the scar then the fat weighing me down

Did you talk to your DR is a lift is needed? Cause Salama said he doesn’t offer lifts right off the bat because sometimes the skin doesn’t sag after a reduction, so why go through all of that surgery and receive a big scar if you don’t need it.
My Dr can do a small lipo job with no lift..but i want it all out he said he can remove almost it all with a upperbutlift under the bikini line he said he xan remove 1200 to 1400 per side and thats what i want..i font mind the scar

Oh okay I see, you probably will need a lift if you’re completely removing majority of the fat. It’s true, having a smaller butt + scar is better than having a huge butt
Lol well we will see about that..for me it will just be me and my husband who will see it..and i just prefer it out once and for all. He said he will show me how thin his butlift scars are on Wednesday. He said he can hide the scar within the pantie line.. so its more extensive surgery ill beed more time off but to me o want it out once and for all :)

I like it...Do you feel comfortable as far as it being smaller? How about clothing does it seen smaller when you wear jeans,dresses etc...If you feel happier that's what counts
I do feel more comfortable, however, I have never felt so insecure about my butt in my life. Although the size has shrunk significantly, I’m still afraid to show my butt. I’m still self-conscious, but I’m slowly easing into “feeling confident” again.
Hey fay i booked my lipo and upper butlift for May 2nd..he is removing 3 inches of fat all they put in...gotta live with the scar though

Look forward to your updates, we had our first BBL together on the same day, I want a revision but I'm really considering going to another surgeon this time around but I cant decide! I butt has SO MANY DENTS and flat spots!!!!! I wear spandex shorts as underwear to shape it :( I hope your results come out how you want them.
