Hey guys, I’m going back to Salama for a revision feb 2019! I essentially getting a reduction and filling in a dent on my right buttocks. I’ll add in my current & wish photos!!! The first photo is my current, the second is my wish. I want a natural looking butt that suits my frame. I’m not staying at ERH, I got an airbnb because I’m bringing someone along with me.

Day of surgery

Surgery day:
The 2 front desk receptionists were sooo sweet. I did wait for 45 mins until I was seen by Dr S. We talked about the areas I wanted to reduce, DR didn’t want to get rid of much fat because he thought it looked good, but for me I told him I rather wake up with a smaller butt than a bigger butt. I hope he understood what I was trying to say. I met with Sergio the anesthesiologist and he was super kind. Sergio explained the surgery should only take 30 mins! Shocked at how short it was going to be.
After the surgery I was extremely nauseous. I threw up 2x, every time I laid on my back I had the urge to puke. I really regret not buying the nausea patch. DR did advise me to sleep on my butt to compress the swelling. He told me to treat my butt similar to my stomach like when I received lipo. My pain level was 1/10. I wasn’t really in pain, mainly sore.

1Day post op:
I no longer need pain killers. I could have gone the first day without pain killers if I wanted to. I still feel nauseous but not as bad as yesterday. I have this “hung over” nauseous feeling, I just want to sleep. The nausea pill isn’t working on me this time around. My throat is extremely sore. I thought it was sore from puking but the front desk receptionist said it could be from the tube. Hmm, I didn’t know they stuck a tube down my throat during surgery. I waited in the office for an HOUR to be seen for my 1 day post op. I’m not sure why everything is so delayed at the office.
I won’t be able to see DR because he’ll be recovering from surgery. I feel like this office always lack supplies. They didn’t have enough foams for me. I also couldn’t get a massage because they were all booked
