Dr. Salama did exactly what I needed him to do. My bbl was too big , (went to Dominican Republic) it didn't match my legs ... I was very self conscious about the "shelf" at the top of my butt and the overall projection of my hips and buttocks. I am 3 days post -op and my results are amazing already !!!! I received Jplasma and lipo . Jplasma is a skin tightening procedure and that killed my fears of having a saggy butt... My butt is firm (still soft) still sexy curves and it matches my legs. I feel normal again. Ladies I highly recommend Dr. Salama , my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner! pics coming soon.#Salamafied
