Pictures of “sagginess”

Here are pictures for reference, taken this month... back view is nice considering how much fat was removed so I have no complaints there other than a hard dent I have on the let side... and then there are the side views.... which is bad and worse :(
I haven’t lost any weight so I wouldn’t blame it on that... maybe I shouldn’t have removed so much fat the first time around...

How much did you have removed? Mine is similar ton your before, not as big but same hanging over my thighs and just so heavy and outside my frame. I’m worried about sagging, so you would say be a bit more conservative with how much is removed?
I think I should of done the fat removal in 2 separate surgeries to let the skin catch up and bounce back but it's too late for that now. I just hav to figure out what to do from here....
I like your results. It's still nice and round. For the sagginess, please research a procedure called "onda coolwaves", it's very effective for skin tightening. How much did Dr Salama charge please, if you dont mind me asking?
But you still look great! Still much better than before and the back view looks amazing!
I think it looks better than before but yes I know you want to wear a swimsuit. Maybe some small fat injected in intervals. I know it would be costly though.
It does look better. Much better. And beautiful in clothes... but I wanna feel good naked. Especially since I'm only 28.... :( I hope somebody can fix it
I am surprised he suggested removing skin from the bottom. Ithink a traditional butt lift where they make a V incisión at you low back and cut out the skin there would look better. I have considered this and had two consults but both surgeons agreed my case isn't severe enough to risk the scars and complications at this time.
You don't have the saggy skin like I do... your butt just isn't as perky... and that's something I wish I had... but I actually have loose skin. It's actually a fold of skin just sitting there so I need to surgically remove it
Try vacuum butt lift therapy non surgical procedure and great results
What is vacuum butt lift therapy?
^^ exactly my thoughts

Here we go again

Sooooooo I am 9 month post op from my reduction and while I am MOSTLY happy, I have a big, progressively saggy portion on the left lower buttocks, where the crease is. The right side isn’t saggy like the left side is... a lot of fat was taken out and I knew there was a big risk for sagging but it’s just getting worse.... I have talked to Dr Salama about my concerns and he suggests something I am just not comfortable with. He suggests having an incision made at he bottom of the buttocks to remove excess skin. But I know these wounds do not heal well and it’ll only make things worse... I’m not sure what to do... I refuse to wear a bathing suit, I am so uncomfortable with this entire situation. It’s so ugly.... and now it’s staring to show a little more in tight clothing like leggings... I just want this nightmare to end. Time machine anyone??

How many ccs did you get removed? I’m scheduled to get a reduction and just trying to get some info. Thanks for sharing your story btw
Hey when are you a scheduled for salama? I'm looking to book with him next year too for reduction
Thank you for sharing an update. I remember asking you earlier in your revision process about this because I have had 2 revisions and my butt continues to sag. I am so self conscious in leggings at the gym and wearing a suit I usually just dont get in. I hate this for us. They don't warn you about the complications.
Did you do the j plasma
WAIT!? a reduction?????? why? did you initially have a bbl?
Omg I just had surgery to revised a sagginess issue but I think the surgeon put more fat than what he was supposed to take out. My ass is huge and I am sooo sad. Because I know gravity will mess up the big booty I got now and will sag even more.

4 month update

So I just wanted to give you guys an update.... I am over 4 months post op buttocks reduction and I am pleased... yes there are flaws, yes some of my buttocks is saggy at the bottom where most of the fat was taken out, no it’s not perfect and that’s 100% okay because I EXPECTED THIS OUTCOME. Now, I am going back to salama because I have a lump and a big line that goes down my buttocks when I lift my leg up... I’m hoping to only need a very small revision to fix it. Here are some pictures of my butt as of 6/28/20. I hope I am helping atleast one of you guys by posting my journey

Did your hip measurements go down since you do look smaller now? I think your outcome is not bad at all.
My weight and measurements are pretty much the same since having my surgery... I am pleased with the size Thank you!!!
It looks really nice. The shape is perfect.
Thank you!! :).
Yes this update has certainly helped me, and I'm so happy to see you are having good progress. You look much smaller and it's still shaped nicely. I pray he can do the same for me. Thank you
I’m going to Salama in the next 3 weeks to fix the same problem you had. Do you feel like j plasma helped with the sagging at all? I’m getting j plasma in my butt and liposuction. Plus fat grafting to my outer thigh (previous doctor took too much fat out). Please keep us updated, your posts have been really reassuring to me! #goodbyeprojection
would love to see a review of tour journey when you go ❤️
To be honest. I don't think the JPlasma really did much for it because I still ended up with some sagginess at the bottom, but then again my bottom was HUGE. So overall, I think it's best to spend the money and be safe...
Is not the first time I hear j plasma doesn't work
I am dealing with a similar issue, just not as extreme as yours was. I think you look fantastic, and I’m hoping my revision goes well. There are very few posts like yours, and I am very thankful that you shared your experience with us. I will be showing your pictures to my doctor.
I am glad I can help! Good luck on your journey
