In Need of a Revision

Im an out of town patient and I had a bbl with Dr. Jugenburg in Toronto in March 2018. Within the first week I had concerns and reached out to the nurse by email.
I was concerned about fat pockets above my belly button and fullness in my lower belly that created a little pouch. I reached out to the nurse via email, sent videos and pictures and was told it’s just swelling.
I had 9 massages and compressed like crazy but it didn’t help. The compression vest they give you is weird, I bought my own stage 1 and 2 fajas.
3 months later, swelling went down the areas above my bellybutton and lower belly fat looked even worse as everything else settled.
I reached out again and was told to be patient. Finally I flew down to Toronto to discuss the fat pockets and lower stomach pouch. The doctor stated that the pockets above my bellybutton are not fat, just extra skin. I was a 135 lbs before surgery and never had kids, it’s definitely fat. I can pinch it and you can see the fat. He addressed my lower pouch and suggested I get cool sculpting. Yeah, I didn’t spend $16 k to have to get more treatments done mind you I was at an average weight, no lose skin and no kids. I was a skinny bbl.
He then injected it with a steroid, hoping it would help. That did nothing but leave me swollen and blue for weeks.
I reached out again a month later to discuss a revision as I wasn’t happy with everything. They told me they can’t do anything for me and refused to even see me. I had to follow up as I didn’t hear from them for 3 weeks. The only reason I stayed in Canada for this procedure is to have post op support.
I’m completely disappointed with my stomach, butt and bra rolls. I paid $2000 for my bra rolls and they were not even touched. Most girls have scars on their mid back, I have nothing! I see no difference.
Also, the top of my butt is disgusting and disfigured. I have a huge empty gap at the top. Normally when he does his bbls (I watch him on Snapchat religiously) he created holes at the top and bottom of the butt and injects the fat at the top and bottom. This was never done for me and the top of my butt is super flat I have a huge indent.
I reached out again and it’s funny the nurse tells me she doesn’t see a pouch. Really? If the doctor didn’t see it then why would he treat it?
I’m extremely disappointed with how they treated me as an out of town patient. They literally told me to go else where and get a second opinion as they can’t do anything for me and there is no point in seeing me for a follow up, they only saw me once after surgery!!!!!!!! How could you refuse to see a patient with concerns? Most doctors see their patients for up to a full year after surgery. I should have gone to Miami like I had planned. For the amount of money I spent, I’m so embarrassed and extremely disappointed. I’m now considering a round 2 to fix my stomach, back and dents in my butt and hips as I can’t wear fitted dresses anymore, you can see the top fat pockets and lower pouch stick out and the gap in my butt shows.
I just uploaded lots of pictures. I didn’t expect to come out of surgery perfect, but also didn’t expect to be extremely unhappy with the entire surgery, bra rolls, stomach, back and butt!
