March 18, 2020 I went to Dr. Eric Hu for a 360 Lipo BBL at PSI’s Rancho location. I was scheduled to go in at 10am but received a call the day before saying they where going to push my surgery time back to 2pm because the anesthesiologists could not come until later.
Let me start by saying my consent forms was not even signed and they still continued to move forward with my procedure. Dr. Hu had a very rush demeanor, really didn’t show interest in what I had to say or wanted, it was as if I was just another number. He drew circles on my body and took pictures (which I don’t know why because he has yet to see my after results and they do not post African American women on there Instagram only results of Hispanics and Caucasians.
I went for a tummy tuck in 2017, my twin sister went for a breast augmentation in 2017 and our friend went for a breast augmentation in 2016 none of our results have been posted, we all went to Dr. Hakeem, but that’s another story. After my procedure I went back the day later just to wait a hour in the hot car in pain just to see the front desk assistant, not Dr. Hu who performed my procedure. The visit lasted 5 minutes and we drove a hour in a half away. I brought my faja because I was told that they would help me put it on but instead she told me to put it on at home. That could of been a virtual appointment. I was disappointed I wanted to ask the doctor specific questions.
Not once did anyone from the office call to check to see how I was doing after surgery. I don’t even know how much fat was inserted in my butt and for my two week follow up appointment which is suppose to be next week, I still can’t see the doctor instead another assistant. They told me if I wanted to see the actual doctor the next appointment is not until May or I can call the hunington location for a sooner appointment. By then I’ll be half way done with the healing process.
I told Dr. Hu in the very beginning during my consultation I wanted hips he said okay however after my procedure I noticed my hips where the same, when I called the office to ask them about my hips one of the front desk receptionist said that wasn’t included in my 360 Lipo BBL and if I wanted hips that was a separate cost when I was told during my payment process that it was all included for 10k. I do not agree with PSI’s poor customer service and lack of communication with on another and I will definitely not be going back.
