Going for a revision/want more lipo

So it's been almost two years post op I've gained about 15 lbs after surgery will be going back to dr salama for more lipo and I have a flat spot on my butt nothing serious he did a good job the first time just want to add arm lipo and other extra areas ladies feel free to comment

Almost two years post op I'll let u ladies decide I have also gained weight after surgery I went two years ago had a bbl with dr salama I wood say do your research read a lot of reviews it should take a months and months of research don't make a split decision because you won't get your deposit back I overall am happy with my reviews with dr salama I wasn't burnt he was honest about my surgery and was a funny individual and he helped with my anxiety during surgery I've had rude comments about my but being fake but more so compliments then hate feel free to comment ladies I will respond

You look great. I just had sx with Salama on Monday. I like my result. Hopefully once the swelling is gone I will be able to say that I love my result.
Wow you look amazing!!! Would you recommend someone having kids before they get a BBL?
It will still look good after and hold up but honestly I had my son and got a bbl 6 months after so it's really up to you I don't think it will effect your results anyway but if you gain to much weight if can make you look deformed

You still look the bomb love. You don't need any lipo. Just eat a clean diet, and workout !
