Office review: none of them would return my calls

After this review I can say That they right there wrong and refunded my Deposit. I was only looking for justice and I can say that Dr. Salama has done that by giving me back my money for a surgery I never got. So from the bottom of my heart I thank you.

I never got my experience with Dr. Salama. I spoke to Nicole Oberti and was told that if I had labs that they would be good for 90 day. So I sent them in and paid my deposit of 800 dollars. One week before my surgery is o be paid off. I couldn't get any one to talk to me about what need to happen next. I sent E-mail to Nicole, linda, Hanna Maschmidt, Cynthia Perez, Nomie and Zunny and none of them would return my calls. I asked about my labs and got no reply. I wanted to know if I cleared and 1 week before I got and email stating waiting on repeat labs when this was never discuss. I was told that I would get an e-mail for payment and this was never sent. Now Elite plastic has my 800 dollars and no one is returning my calls or my E-mail. So now I'm crying because I feel like there just going to take my money. Just like they did without any reason. These people don't care about you they just want your money no matter the cost.
