Ended up switching doctors but I did it I finally did it

Whoooooooaaaaa” now day 3 for me was pain and more pain ???? when I woke up my arms ,legs ,neck body everything was so weak and sore like day 3 felt like it should of been day one...I drink a lot of pineapple ???? juice and walked just to help the swelling go down. But I still was in pain and on top of that I still had to go in to get the massage where they had to pop the holes back open to drain it..they pop the holes back open the 3 times you come to them to get a much fluids out as possible..and also I took my pain meds it help but still was very sore and in pain all this day I walked as much as I can take but it is important to drink a lot of fluids and walk walk walk

So day two I was actually okay into I went in to get my first massage omg now that’s painful see ima tell ou hey have to poke holes to re open the holes so they can drain you. It felt more like a burn then a pinch but I have to admit it does feel way better after it’s drained but the pressure and massage itself is very tense well for me it was anyways. Other then that day 2 was ok
