I got a BBL with Dr Fisher in 2017. My pretty pleased with my butt, the liposuction not so much. I think he took out just enough to put back in & he didn't lipo above my bra line, so I was left with my upper back being fatter than everything else. I am contemplating between liposuction only, or round 2 BBL.Can you all give me your advice? I was told that Kagan does the most/best liposuction, so I am going with him! Currently surgery date is October 19th, but I am going to pay in full & hopefully get it sooner. Thanks all. @fitthickveg

I think lipo will already make your butt look bigger. Your butt is round and I wold leave it alone :) you look great

I agree with you. He didn't take out as much fat as he could have. But you look amazing. If you do go for a round 2. I would just get 360 lipo. No fat transfer so he can just focus on shaping your body.

I had the same problem with Dr. Fisher he didn’t do my upper back and left with a lot of back fat he also hit a muscle/nerve in my right buttock and left me botched had to go see a neurologist because Dr. Fisher wouldn’t touch it after seeing the damage my neurologist told me I couldn’t have any more surgeries because it might Leave me where I can’t walk

Omg that’s awful!!!! How did you know he hit a nerve?? What kind of pain were you experiencing that made you check?

When I was in my recovery house I had a lot of pain in my right butt up and down my right leg I told my recovery nurse and she said that it was normal then I noticed on mine into recovery right side of the buttocks start caving in And when I lift my leg The muscle would pulled and hold buttock caved in and hurt really bad I thought all I needed was more fat to fill in the Dent but
When I returned to see Dr. Fisher For my six month follow-up and showed him the damage he would not touch it he told me I needed to see a neurologist Now I’m just botched for life
