I will say this is was freezing my ass off after surgery cuz the meds still in my system but over my results look amazing I feel

Yes he does drug test .. and I didn't do a recovery house I bought a massager and YouTubed and husband did them for me every hour

I did regular hand massages by myself and then YouTube videos and then I used a push-up exercise roller I use that and it worked great
