Not Worth It. I feel like I wasted money

Okay so I booked my surgery/paid $500 on May 16 2020 for my surgery date July 15th 2020 but I end up rescheduling and having surgery on July 11 2020 because New Life didn’t know if Simmons would be working that week. I would ask my coordinator (who was great no complaints) and she had no idea about Simmons not working so she would assure me my date is fine but I would see screenshots of other coordinators telling girls to reschedule etc so that’s just one example of New Life being all over the place and unprofessional. The next thing is New Life sent over my labs maybe 2 weeks before my surgery I go that same week and labcorp sent the over the next day however they wait til literally 5 days before my surgery to tell me I’m missing labs etc so now I have to hurry and try and take the labs and hope they receive them in time blah blah blah. Needless to say I was stressed out! Anyways I fly to Miami I get a call about my pre op appt time and I go and the pre op was pretty smooth fill out paperwork met with doctor Simmons etc. I get a call later that day telling me my surgery is at 9am the next day I’m like okay cool I’m getting him while he’s fresh...SIKE ! Get there at 9 and there are 3 girls scheduled for Dr Simmons for the same time and we're told that’s in case someone fails drug test but I’m thinking and if we all pass how is he going to do all 3 of us. This is why I know surgeons do not do all of their own surgeries ...I’m sure of it. We were waiting well beyond 9 am they called one girl back at like 11 am and I told the receptionist I could no longer hold my pee so she went ahead and done my drug test and put me in a warmer room with a couch and gave me a blanket. I was sleeping that room for at least an hour then I was moved to another room waiting and I began to cry because I’m hungry and haven’t ate since 10 at night the previous day and then I hear the girl that called back at 11 am and she hadn’t even started her surgery I’m life wtf. So at this point all 3 of us are in the back I’m I a separate room and the two girls are In the same room. So a nurse comes in to do my fluids and maybe 10 minutes Dr Simmons comes to mark him up and we both discussed where I was flat at and I let him know I wanted a big butt like don’t spare any fat. Maybe 10 minutes after that they take me to the room where I would be having surgery and strap me to the table and give me the anesthesia the next I know I’m getting In the car screaming and I could just hear the nurse asking me to calm down. The worse part of it all is that they give you your prescription the day of surgery when you caregiver picks you up instead of ahead of time so you can take it immediately after. So fast forward I’m back home feeling better swelling is going down and I’m noticing a lot of things I don’t like such as hip dips dents in my Burt back rolls GALORE . It just looked like he rushed on me didn’t listen to what I said I wanted I’m disappointed so I began to reach out to him on IG and he just says give it time. So I give it time and reach out again and he acknowledges the problems and ask when can I come see him as if I live in Miami. As I’m reaching out to Simmons I’m sending pictures and reaching out to Regla the manager as well who either ignore you or give you the run around. Every time Regla respond it’s “I’m still going over your case with the doctor” BS ! They have someone name Catherine email me all the question about my surgery and what I don’t like etc so I’m thinking okay maybe something going to get resolve that was in November 2020 here we are in Feb 2021 and I haven’t heard anything back from anyone. I feel like I wasted money and I’m honestly embarrassed to say I had surgery because it doesn’t show at all. At this point I don’t know what to do besides make a BBB complaint and hope someone sees my review . In the photos I have tried to disguise my tattoos but the problems are still visible.
