I posted this review on a surgery page I’m part of on Facebook and three other dolls who saw Carvalho said he was cold to them as well. A little kindness goes a long way! Your patients are human beings.

Hey dolls, got a little tip for you. I’m 2 days post op. Still a bloody mess and haven’t really had a good look at my body.
This is my experience and I’m sure others have had different ones! I saw Dr. Carvalho at CG cosmetics. They throw in charges at the last minute and you either have to pay $500-$1000 more than agreed on or they send you home. CG advertises “skinny” bbl’s pretty often. I gained about 10-15 pounds for surgery and was 5’9 and 150 pounds pre op. When I went in, Dr. Carvalho was super pessimistic that I didn’t have enough fat and all but told me the results wouldn’t be good. He didn't ask me a single question about what I wanted or what I was hoping for. He said “I wish I had seen you before “ and “I’m making a note that I told you.” ?So what’s the point of dolls sending in pictures for the consultation? I was actually skinnier when I sent my pictures in ???????And honestly, the reviews about his “arrogance” are true. ?He was a bit of a di*k about it, and his bedside manner sucks. He very obviously did not care how I was feeling about everything and made absolutely zero effort to make me comfortable. Luckily, I’m fully aware CG is a high-volume cattle call type clinic, so I went in with thick skin. I advise any dolls to do the same, just in case.Having said all that, I am sore as hell I can barely move so I am actually optimistic he got a good amount of fat out.In conclusion, if you are scheduled for a “skinny” BBL it might be better to go with Desouza. He talks about skinny BBL’s on CG‘s Instagram a lot and seems to be positive about it. ?If you are a skinny bbl doll, DEF try to gain more weight than you think you’ll need! They aren't going to tell you to do it. All in all, I think he's a talented doctor. But if you have the money, I would spend a little more on someone who values you as a patient and treat you like a human being. Being naked and about to go under the knife is a very vulnerable, streasful position to be in and this is not a doctor who cares about that. I would recommend Carvalho if you're on a budget, have a good amount of fat, and are prepared to ignore his bad attitude. 2.5 stars for him and adding half a star because my coordinator was awesome!

It’s not him, it’s cg. He has his own private practice where you get the time and care. CG is a budget “factory” for bbl’s. I’m booking with Dr. Carvalho but at his private practice. You get what you pay for :/
I made the CG is very sketchy and that they raise prices on you in the last minute and stuff. But Dr. Carvalho truly had a terrible attitude and treated me poorly. He barely let me speak and at the end of the day, he was wrong. I did not have a bunch of loose skin and the 15 pounds I gained for surgery was fat. If he had let me speak, he would know that. But he was too arrogant.

Where you able to at least show home wish pics? I really like his work and that 5k is pretty cheap. I’m wondering if his bad attitude is not worth trading off going all the way to the DR to pay 5k to Dr. Disla, I heard her bedside manner is impeccable
I'm not sure about the DR to be honest. But no I didn't get to show him any wish pics, he barely let me speak. I also paid $500 for upper back and he didn't do it.
Hi hun! I just had my BBL with him on Saturday, that whole place and process was disturbing to me as well. Not recommended, but I was on a budget and liked his work. Such a different experience with surgeon when I got my breasts done in NV years ago. You’re spot on with the cattle call remark. And they charged me an extra $1000 a month before my surgery too, such a joke! But I have a real question, so I said I didn’t want a huge Kim K butt, just more definition on edges, and definitely needed the fat removed from torso, but my butt is MONSTROUS. How much does the swelling go down? And how often did you do lymph drainage massages?
In reality I think you can expect to lose between 30 to 40% of your bum. Likely more if you sit on it a little lol.
I felt like my compression garment was a little too tight on my butt and I also contributed to loss of volume. I honestly wouldn't expect much help from Carvalho or CG, so I think your best bet is to probably schedule a postop with a reputable plastic surgeon in your area and ask for advice. Again though, most people say that you will lose between 30 and 40% over the first three months and I definitely feel that was the case for me.

Oh my god thank you, such relief, I look enormous right now, my butt has quadrupled in size. I know it’s been less than a week but I’m also SO swollen on my frontal groin area (massive FUPA lol) which is contributing to me feeling gigantic. I don’t really want to give them any more money so I’ll try and get some lymphatic massages done in my area.
Make sure you get a Faja that zips up in the crotch, not one that's open. Open crotch fajas can mess up your lady area
