Lipo jplasma bbl

I had lipo on arms back abdomen and outer thighs with jplasma and bbl. I had light ab etching done which appears as if he only did one side. There is some fibrosis/irregularities present and discoloration to the side he did do. My outer thighs were lipoed and there is irregularities where he injected the fat and discoloration. I previously had a bbl and expressed to this surgeon that i didn’t want a bigger butt but to have symmetry. In the previous bbl My fat didn’t take on one side and one cheek is bigger than the other. He didn’t fix it. He also states on his ig that he removes ALL Back fat. You know the fat by your bra ? Yea i still have rolls there and i inboxed him to point that out upon which he ignored my message. I have a pretty large following on ig, he seen my message for sure. I'm not going to say my results were horrible but the thing that i was most concerned about, the symmetry in my butt, was not fixed. I feel like for what i was charged it wasn’t worth it. I paid 3500 for my last bbl with none of these problems besides the only thing being that all my fat didn't take.
