LIPO W/BBL

I really don't see my monies worth! I followed thru with everything that was recommended and yet I still have a lot of back fat. Not to mention dents and dimples on my butt. Beware of the outrageous revision fee.

Today marks 6 weeks and I can finally sit!!!
The only thing I dislike is that I'm still able to see my rolls/back fat. I was really hoping for a smooth back.... I'm being told it may be excessive skin. I have a follow up this week, so let's see what the Dr. say.

Nearly almost a year since the consultation I decided to move forward. I originally paid a deposit towards Lipo only. I was scheduled in September, but due to the unforeseen hurricane circumstance I was rescheduled. I was so undecided as to proceed with a BBL or not, the ladies in the office were very patient and remained professional at all times. Long story short, they were able to accommodate me for the BBL. I'm so happy I proceeded forward with the BBL. On the day of surgery I advised Dr. Salama I didn't want a shelf and my projection/width natural as possible..... and he delivered!!!! Above and beyond. My boyfriend was against surgery, and he loves it. I am now considering a breast lift or a breast reduction and there's no doubt in my mind that Dr. Salama is the man for the job.
