Still feeling good. I have a little tenderness in my lower back, but other than that I feel great!! And the tenderness is by no means painful or abnormal, I’m not complaining just observing!
6ish weeks post op.
I am still doing good! I’m ready to be able to sit! And I plan on going back to work this weekend, but only for 1 night! I wanted to give my body time to heel! I’ve been working out 4 days a week and eating healthy to improve my results! I’ve been good about keeping my garment on too! Although sometimes I do have it off for more than an hour a day. Anyway! Here is a pic!
Everything went great!
I’m feeling pretty good! The recovery house has been great, I would for sure recommend staying there! I’m happy with my shape so far. Honestly what I have had the hardest time with it my compression garment hurting my shoulders, neck pain from propping my head up, headaches, and HORRIFIC acid reflux!! But acid reflux is a problem for me in general and tums have been helping a lot. As far as pain from the surgery it hurt the first two days. But I was off my pain meds by day 3 no problem! I actually prefer otc for the pain, because it’s really just uncomfortable than anything. Anyway I’m settling in at home and I’m taking a whole month off from work:) so I’m going to be BORED! Everyone on the day of surgery made me feel So comfortable and at ease! Dr. B and his staff are wonderful! Here are a few after pics, I’ll post more once I’m not a giant bruise lol! I’m super fair so I’m all purple as you can see in the pic!
