- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.

I completely forgot...
I completely forgot to add, as I was being taken for surgery, I was put to sleep in the lift!!
It was insane.
Comfort Zone have been getting away with things for far too long, but luckily women are coming forward with their stories too. Braver ones than myself, brave enough to show the world their deformities and scars.
It's a massive shame that the girls with the large social media platforms are discounting the experiences of these women, just because they themselves had a positive experience.
I mean, of course they did, comfort zone aren't going to mess up their own promo and spend all that money just to have those insta girls give them a negative review. It's ignorant to use your own luck, to call women who have suffered, liars.
I really hope people wise up soon, as young, healthy people's lives are being ruined.
I was too ashamed and depressed after my surgery to take any action, but if I could go back in time I would have fought harder for my rights.
I've spent tens of thousands of pounds since, just to look a fraction more normal, but I'll never be the same.

Left Deformed for Life.
Weirdly, I've tried to leave this review before but it didn't upload.
Booking:
Booking the surgery is probably the easiest part it seems. You send your photo and get a response on what is possible for you to achieve. You'd think this response would be from the surgeon. But no, it's just Engin.
I wanted a fat transfer to my hips as they were uneven. The standard bbl package with comfortzone includes tummy/back/love handles. I wanted to also include my arms and thighs, Engin told me it would be £150 per area... so £300 extra right...? Wrong, Engin said it'd be £150 PER ARM AND PER THIGH. Mental. Anyway, I explained that Elite do an unlimited area package for £5k and that it might be better for me to go there, at this point he changed his mind and amended it to £300 for arms and thighs. I chose to have my surger with Doctor ?lker Manavbasi.
Arriving in Istanbul:
When I arrived in Turkey I was met by the driver who handed me the phone to speak to Engin, all seemed well.
I got to the villa and was taken to a damp, smelly room in the basement, it absolutely wouldn't be an idea place to recover from surgery so I asked to be moved when I came back from my operation.
Engin arrived to see everyone at the villa later that night, with one of his friend's from Kent that he was having stay with him while she was getting surgery. He referred to some of the women staying with us as 'the black girls', which I thought was unnecessary as they have names.
He also introduced me to his sidekick and colleague Ozzy.
Ozzy needs his own paragraph because, eurgh:
Ozzy is one of the most unprofessional people I have came across. One of the girls said that Ozzy tried to kiss her as she was trying to go to bed, another said he walked in on her while she was undressed. He also had a sexual encounter with one of the girls at the villa from Sweden that he took on a drive. With me personally, he made comments about my body, and how my boyfriend would like my body and wanted to help me 'fix' my surgery gown while I was changing in to it. It was all very uncomfortable.
The Villa:
Now admittedly, Engin has about 3 surgery villas, but when I went in 2017 there was only one, and it was ROUGH. There were blood stains on the pillows and it stunk. I also didn't eat there because the food wasn't to my taste (to put it politely). The people I was staying with we're all talking the night before my surgery and one girl said that she was Hepatitis C positive, and that one of the surgeons had refused to operate on her the day before, so Engin has to pay for her, her son and her friend to stay longer and get a later flight home. For one, I'm not sure why a surgeon would discriminate against someone for having a virus, if she was fit for surgery. And if she wasn't fit for surgery, I'm not sure why she was getting the surgery the next day alongside me with my surgeon.
Not to mention, there was no extra precaution taken as we were all sharing the same washing facilities etc. with open wounds. Hepatitis C virus can live on surfaces for weeks and be transmitted, so needless to say it was quite worrying.
The Surgeon:
Another person at the villa said she had booked to have surgery with Dr.Manavbasi, but at the last minute was told she was going to have surgery with Dr. Ismail. I found this alarming as you obviously put your research in to the surgeon you are going to see.
Luckily (or so I thought at the time), my surgery was with Dr. Ilker Manavbasi as planned.
The Surgery:
After the surgery they rush you out of the room first thing in the morning without even speaking to the doctor.
You get to the villa and spend the entire time drugged up on Valium.
Engin also kept taking photos of everyone for their Instagram story, even though I said I didn't want my identity shown. It actually made me really upset, as my sister was going through cancer treatment at the time, and I knew it would stress my family out knowing I was putting myself through this. So I spent my few days there completely miserable. The only saving grace was the other girls in the villa.
Anyway, Engin was the one who gave us our meds, NOT a medical prescriber.
I also didn't have a follow up check up with my surgeon at all.
Dr Manavbasi was putting photos of people's after results on his Instagram despite them not giving consent also.
Aftercare:
Well, if you weren't already convinced this place was horrible... this was the worst bit.
When I arrived home I was admitted to hospital with an infection and irregular heartbeat. They put the irregular heartbeat down the levofloxacin, an antibiotic that is banned in the US due to it's side effects.
Then after a few weeks it became apparent that the results of my lipo were very, very uneven. When I contacted Engin about it, he just said they wouldn't offer me a revision and that I should get none surgical lipo.
Why on Earth would I pay over £3k for actual lipo, to just get none surgical lipo.
Anyway, since then I've spent thousands more on revisions, spent years severely depressed and in the end been told I will never look 'normal' again. I've sort of accepted it. But what I can't accept is how so many celebrities and insta girls are promoting Comfortzone and luring girls in.
I've spoke to girls who have had breast implants but in their bottoms at Comfortzone, I've spoken to girls who've had to have their breast implants and even their actual breasts removed because of an infection at Comfortzone, I've spoken to people who've gotten MRSA at Comfortzone, I've heard of a women who DIED ON THE OPERATING TABLE and was resuscitated without even knowing, until she arrived home with a collapsed lung and broken ribs, from Comfortzone. So although I'm sad and disappointed by what happened to me, I know it could have been SO much worse.
So if you're a celebrity or an insta model, you might have a good time at Comfortzone.
But otherwise, please don't risk it. I know other surgeons abroad who have cheaper prices that you can trust when things go wrong. It isn't all bad, but they definitely are.
