The countdown has started! I’m scheduled with Dr. Kagan Feb 2019 @Avana Plastic Surgery, Miami FL. I’m sooo excited and I just can’t hide it!!! Lol All my supplies have been bought. Next step: Medical clearance, 30 days pre-op, flight and Airbnb arrangements. This is really happening!

Airfare and Airbnb booked!
So, I’ve booked me and my mom’s flight to Miami. We decided to arrive a few days before my surgery date so we could have a mini vacation before she has to go into caregiver mode. I decided on a Airbnb that’s located about 20 minutes away from Avana and I chose a package airfare and car rental on Booking.com and got a great deal.
All together my expenses are way less than if I’d had my sx in New Jersey or New York. I’m saving about $9000 by choosing to go out of town.
My Bbl with 12 areas of Liposuction, 5 massages and 1 garment was priced at $3800 total.
Airfare, car rental, Airbnb, supplies and miscellaneous incidentals are an additional $2000. I’ve already budgeted for the cost of extra massages when I return home. I’m hoping I can find someplace that is not too far :)

We’re staying at a Golden Wings Concierge apartment in Coral Way Miami. They have several properties in Miami. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and 2 baths. It’s not that far from Avana plastic surgery center, about 20 minutes.

I'm so excited for you! As someone who has just had a tummy tuck, lipo and a bbl, I KNOW the excitement you feel! Don't forget to keep your iron levels up! It is so good that you will have someone with you! It will make a difference and you will be grateful for it. Recovery houses are nice, but having someone you can whine to when you need to that knows you is PRICELESS! LOL! Good luck to you! Here's to making 2019 OUR YEAR TO SHINE!!!!! :-)

Happy new year to you too! I just saw your results and you look amazing! I pray your recovery has been easy! I had a tummy tuck 16 years ago along with a hysterectomy and it was the toughest recovery I’ve ever had. Stay lifted, stay healthy and take each day one at a time. Please keep up posted on how you’re doing.

Protein Rich Foods
Here are some lists of protein rich foods that should be incorporated into your diet before and after surgery to promote healthy and faster healing. Also healthy fats (in moderation) will keep our new booties nice and plump! Lol!!

If possible always try to eat organic and grass fed! A little pricier but so much healthier!
