Avana Plastic Surgery I chose due to Dr. experience, responsiveness and overall results! (Jolie was another center he goes however they were very slow to respond).
The staff were very responsive to email and phone calls prior to my surgery. Once I got to Avana I had an 4.5hr wait just to be seen by the clinic staff.-which seemed very unreasonable. The staff were very sweet just overworked and unstaffed!- that is my only valid complaint. My surgery date I was scheduled for 5pm procedure after being npo after midnight. Dr. came in and meet with me near 20mins (which I was completely fine with me being from a healthcare background) I'd already done enough research I didn't have questions. Long story short I went back for my surgery at 9:45pm.
On the flipside I'm very pleased with my results. Couldn't have asked for a nicer BOOTY!!!
I would definitely recommend Dr. Kagan and may actually return for a tummy tuck in the future!

You're very welcome!!!!
1.bbl pillow or poppy pillow -$30-75- ebay or Amazon have various options to fit whatever your budget may be
2.abd abdominal pads 8x10-amazon or ebay are- $7
3.compression stockings- Amazon $9-15 (the ones they provide you with are too thin in my mind)
4.abdominal foam $18-60 trust me you will want to buy this Amazon or Ebay 80% cheaper than what Avana has.
4.abdominal board & back board- $50 combined Amazon or ebay.
5.female personal urinal- these are a life saver (you can insert this in the opening of your faja so that you may not have to undress completely and sit when peeing)
You will not be able to sit for at least 6wks postoperative per treatment plan.
6.faja-this is the most important thing $75-125.... I bought mine at Avana to ensure I got the correct size for me.
Be prepared to spend at least $200 on all post-op "gear".
Best of luck!!!

How are you feeling now that you are almost one week post op? I mean are you in a lot of pain still? Are you able to walk pretty well now? I am scheduled with him for next Tuesday and I am super nervous.

I'll be honest the recovery process for this procedure has been more painful than any other. I've had 3 c-section, gastric bypass surgery, septoplasty and sinus surgery.
I went back to work to work 4days post-op which was pure torture..lol I would advise you at least be off 7-10 days if possible. My job requires 75% sitting so it's quiet the task.
Your body will be sore from just below your breast, all your back and sides. My butt wasn't that sore-I just know I'm not allowed to sit on it
