Office review: Jolie Plastic Surgery Are Crooks, Not Worth Trying to Go To!

Ok update,so you all know how disappointed I was/am with Jolie plastic surgery clinic due to the horrible experience I had with the coordinator noelis. Well today the manager of the customer service for them called me her name is Diana, she was on the phone with me for a good thirty minutes apologizing for the whole situation seeing what she could do to make it better, never did she defend the actions of noelis (which I appreciate) and really just talked to me to get me to feel back comfortable with them. I admit I'm still hesitate at going to them still, but I do feel better after shaking with her and with the options she offered me. If I do decide to still go with them it will be with no other than Dr Fisher. He has the most experience in my opinion and I'd feel most comfortable with him, but we'll see I will update later.

So I was going to go to Jolie plastic surgery for my Bbl, I had my eyes set on Dr. Fisher. I had heard good work was great and affordable. So I call and they let me know that someone would get in contact shortly, and they did. Her name is noelis, from the time I said that I was interested in the BBL procedure with them she called and text me none stop which was annoying, but fine. The first Dr. She offers me is Dr. Vall which I already had heard from research that he was no good and he had a death on his hands. So I specifically tell her that I do not want him because he had had a death on his hands and he isn't board certified in cosmetics, I also let her know I do not wish to have any doctor that isn't board certified in cosmetics, it that had had any deaths in their hands ,and how I was more concerned with my life than just a cheap price, and if I have to I'll just save and go elsewhere if they didn't have any qualified Drs. She goes on to tell me how she understands my concerns and how our safety is their number one concern (????) Then she recommends Dr reyes, telling me how amazing and affordable he is and his current special. So I ask her if he is board certified, she kept trying to avoid the question a little bit, but I keep at it and she finally says no. She then suggest Dr. Hassan saying to me that he is her favorite surgeon there and how he had amazing work and how he's more affordable than Dr Fisher ( whom I requested numerous times) so I tell her ok that's fine, (I haven't heard of him) I ask her if he has had any deaths, she tells me no, then I tell her great is here board certified in cosmetics surgery. Noelis the me yes him and Dr. Fisher are. So I tell her ok he will do then because i loved the pics she sent her of his work. So I go to show my husband the pictures and he wants to see more of his work, so I go to Google it and that's when I find out that, not only was Dr. Hassan not Board certified in cosmetics, he got his board certification as a dermatologist revoked because he wasn't qualified and had a death last year! So now my trust is completely broke with this place and I do not trust putting my life in their hands anymore, so I request a refund. They do everything in their power to convince me not to, but my mind is made up. (Remind you it only have been 3 days since I even put anything down, I had no consultation with the Dr yet, nor did I schedule a date, do I most definitely didn't occur any expenses) they still refused to refund all of my money back. I think that's just petty, the least thing that could be done is to release all of my funds, because I'm cancelling for no fault of my own but because of them having a coordinator that isn't trust worthy, that will do anything for your money no matter the cost! By them not releasing all my funds let's me know they condone what she did. I have no respect left for that place. Please don't go there they make it seem like they're so concern about you, but the moment you want your money back it's a whole different story. They really shouldn't be running a practice, and should get more qualified Drs and coordinators.
