Office review: Horrible Staff

This place is so informal and unprofessional. They are very quick to convence you to book with them but once you give them a deposit they don’t contact you back. I was supposed to get a bbl this week with Dr.DiGeronimo and they never reached out to me for payments I had go chance them to pay for my surgery. Then they kept texting me every other saying they needed a medical clearance which it got sent with my medical lab work. They would take forever to call me or to text me. They do not care about their patients . This clinic is horrible they play with peoples emotions, money and time. How can you trust a clinic if they can’t reply to your text, calls of emails . How are you suppose to trust them with your life and the decisions they are going to take.
