Not Good

I had a lower body lift, lipon360 with fat transfer to my buttocks to make it symmetrical, and a "mini inner thigh lift". fat transfer to my buttocks for symmetry - he added the same amount of fat into each buttcheek not correcting the asymmetry. but the absolute worst part is my botched "mini inner thigh lift" which isn't mini or what i agreed to, or what i was told i was getting..he down played it completely and absolutely botched me. My thighs looked no different but my vagina sure did. my labia majora is gone, he took too much skin and now i have no labia majora so it's just thigh all the way up to my vagina, also it disanchored and now looking from the front i have a "line" that looks like my vagina starts way up closer to the bellybutton rather than between my legs. Its so bizzare and i am beyond devestated. i stupidly went back to him to fix the fat transfer on my buttocks which i had to pay full price for awake lipo which was also botched as i was in extreme pain the entire time my lower back is now all lumpy and the asymmetry worse than ever. To add insult to injury i paid 2,200 via zelle and they insisted they didnt recieve it for 8 weeks all the way through Christmas time and only "realized" they received it once I said I was going to get law inforcement involved. his staff is so nice, lulu is great, and doc is very nice, but as far as the surgery he dismissed all of my concerns and the follow up appointments and if i wanted him to fix it like i did with my buttocks you pay full price to try to correct his own mistakes. I'm heartbroken and broke. I can't afford much to try and fix any of it. also he isn't a plastic surgeon which i wasn't aware of at the time of my surgery in April 2025- hes a general surgeon. I did see somewhere he said he was a plastic surgeon but he 100% wasn't at the time of my surgeon but per his website in April 2025 he was a "body contour specialist". I dont know, i'm truly devestated.
