Feeling better every day. The only thing that bothers me through this whole process is sleeping. I feel like I’m getting better with finding more comfortable positions though.The pain is tolerable. Just soreness. I love my results so far. I was doing my massages every day now I’m doing them every other day. Can’t wait till I see results at two weeks and so on...I’ll be posting pictures every week and a half. Next time I’ll post some without my Faja.
Lymphatic massage
I had my first massage today. I know everybody’s body is different but from my experience it wasn’t painful at all. The lady said most girls cry or just about faint. It didn’t bother me at all. The only thing that bothered me was all the fluid coming out. It was a lot. I know this is kind of TMI but the fluids were l squirting out at times. Yuck. Other than that it was fine. You definitely feel better afterwards and it helps with the swelling.

Dolls this stuff really works! Between drinking water and this tart cherry juice, I think helped me a lot. It usually runs about five dollars a bottle but sometimes you can find it at Winn-Dixie they have buy one get one free. I was drinking about one bottle a day two weeks before my surgery. Do your research on it. It’s great!
