I flew to Florida from Hawaii and do not regret it one bit, I’d do it again!

I am 7 months post op. I lost a lot of volume, I’m not gonna lie. But my improved shape overall still is there and I have so much more roundness than I did before.
I may go back for a round two in the future. But for now I’m going to get back into the gym and just improve my paid asset even more. Dr. Salama is still the best in my opinion and if I do decide to add more projection in a year or two I will 100 percent be flying back to him!
Look at my befores in the white lace set and you can tell how much my shape truly improved from doing nothing but putting myself in the hands of dr salama! SO AMAZING.

Just under 6 weeks post op
Hi guys, so I’m just two days shy of 6 weeks post op. I have a leg that is longer than the other so please ignore the higher hip on my left side (not of my surgeons doing, just how my body is). I added my before front and after. I am EXTREMELY bloated today because it’s that time of the month, so I should have waited to probably take pics but I told you guys I’d get them up today so I wanted to follow through.
I have a lot less swelling and my booty I believe is stabilizing (meaning it’s no longer gonna lose fat injected for projection or hips) what has remained now should stay throughout. My waist may continue to shrink as it can take up to 6 months but I am very happy with where I am now. I do however wish I would have followed through with getting my arms lipo’d since now I feel they are chunky haha, but I’ll just have to buy myself a shake weight and fix it old fashion style :)

Hi! Sorry for the delay in response. He gave me an upside-down heart shape with a very small shelf! I am very pleased and my 6 month results I’ll post later today but they are so natural looking, which is all I really wanted, better shape!

3 week post op
I am now 3 weeks post op and really thinning out. Swelling has gone down a lot in my stomach, back and thighs. My bum is starting to soften but still isn’t completely healed obviously. I have a long way to go still before my final results but I’ll share what I have so far.

How much ccs of fat are each cheek?
I actually did not ask, something I’ll be sure to check on and add to my review. I wanted a very natural look, and I was pretty skinny (as you can see in pictures) I didn’t have a ton to give. I’d guess I probably only have 500 cc in each cheek.

My doctor told me upside down heart looks the most natural on my starting shape. I wanted something pretty round but I also didn’t want it too look odd so I trusted him judgement and told him upside down heart works good for me. He asked if I wanted a shelf, I was initially scared of that looking unnatural as well but we decided to give me a small shelf which would/ and has healed into a nice “slope” curve.

You look great! Thanks for sharing photos. It's hard to see what my results will look like because I haven't found many girls with my body type. But your (before) body looks very similar to how I look. I'm athletic but I have stubborn fat on my lower abdomen and not too much on the hips. I'm really happy for you!
Also, do you know how much fat they took out or how much they injected to your butt?
I didn’t have much fat other than on my flanks. I still need to get with my doctor on if he has that noted in my file, I apologize, the time difference makes it hard for me to get in contact with them, and I’m lazy lol. I’m pretty confident after doing tons of research and watching other similar body surgeries that I probably had 500ccs total, so probably 250 into each cheek.
For me I asked him to mostly focus on my hip dips with a little projection. He helped my dips tremendously, but there is limitations on how much they can do when your skin on your hips is usually very tight, it doesn’t give much room for stretch. I’ve seen girls who want more correction for their hip dips go back for a round two and get a more rounded out hip, but I’m pretty pleased with what my doctor was able to achieve for me.
I will upload more recent photos this week. I’m almost 6 weeks now and my body has changed a lot again. My fat should be stabilizing now and I’m hoping to workout and gain some weight back since my eating habits have not been as good as they should have been.
My doctor specializes in finding fat in slimmer patients, if you have realistic expectations and want the most for your buck with what you’ve got to work with, Dr. Salama is your guy.
