Finallyyyy!! An Office Where I Don't Feel Pressured and I DO Feel Comfortable and Excited!

There are many reasons why Dr. Salama stands out from other surgeons. First, he captured my full attention with his response to application. Most surgeons simply respond to applications by telling a coordinator that the patient has been cleared or approved for surgery; I know this because I was cleared by many. Dr. Salama provided a detailed plan of action for my body that a only a cosmetic professional could write and it was not a template that he uses for all patients - it was for my body. Second, his coordinator Cynthia facilitated a smooth booking experience. She is woman who is patient, soft-spoken and truly wants patients to become patients when they are ready. Most booking agents at other offices and clinics are pushy by calling non stop and bombarding potential patients with specials to hurry the registration/payment. It was a relief to find an establishment that wasn't being forceful. I especially appreciate the speed of the communication between the office and me. Whenever I call Cynthia, she always calls back and if I call the office, they call back too.

My procedure is scheduled in July and I can not wait. :)
