Feeling Deflated… Dents, dips, and uneven hips…

Follow up visit went well

$9,500
So on April 8th I was 6 months post op. I went in for a follow up with Dr. Kalsow. He was very nice and he understood my concerns. One being how my right side went flat around the hip area and it has a very uneven look. I also have a scar on that side (not from him, from childhood) that looks more indented and is noticeable under the added fat. It’s hard to explain, but he could clearly see the issue and we agree that he would do a round to add more fat to my hips and smooth out the scar. He would lipo my upper back to get the fat to transfer. It sounds good to me and he gave me a good quote so I will most likely do it. I hadn’t heard back from the patient coordinator, but ultimately my follow up with the doctor was very helpful as he understood my issues and was super nice about it.

Is he charging for the revision?
I received lipo 360 and BBL in November 2022, my abdomen looks horrible lumpy and uneven. On part of my abdomen near belly button protrudes like he missed the whole area. The surgeon said he could lipo that area with protrusion but could it could make the other side uneven.
Hi I'm sorry about your experience-do you think its just uneven lipo or fibrosis? Fibrosis is one of my biggest fears. Was your doctor Dr. Kalsow or another surgeon?
I think you’re looking good. All the small things look natural
agreed ^
Looks great- especially your waist!

Things have improved

Hi! Thanks everyone who has been following my journey. I haven’t posted updates in awhile because I was getting so obsessed with my butt… and believe me it’s gone through sooo many changes and stages. It was mentally draining checking everyday to see what was going on. The good news: now it’s softened so a lot of the huge lumps and dents have smoothed out, but the smaller ones are still there. It looks a bit uneven on one side and I do believe some fat died which caused that look. I don’t personally recommend the PRP. I feel it did nothing for me in terms of feeding the fat. It’s painful and expensive. After the initial swelling went down my but went from 41 inches to 38.5 and that’s what it still is today. For me at least it didn’t get bigger during the fluff stage like they say. It just softened and that was it. Still don’t have much side projection, but the back does look improved; curvier. My hips exist now, but very very small. I’m considering a round 2 at this point. He gave me a very natural look which it wanted, but I was hoping for a little more in terms of pop and curve.

Thanks for posting! I'm due to go in soon! I do love your shape but understand the wanting more. Def an improvement from your initial photo though!
Yes! I would say go for it, but it’s a journey of emotional ups and downs for sure, and your booty will change constantly. Just give yourself about 4 months to really start seeing what your result will look like. It’s still changing after 4 months, but less so. Definitely hasn’t gotten bigger though.
I think you look good! I got my bbl in August and have a few dents. I thought about doing a round two, but I spoke to the post op nurse who told me dents are normal if you had them prior. She was correct, I can see the dents in my before pics. I’m happy with my results and worry that even if I get another bbl the dents may still be there because I already had them. Anyways, I think you look great!
Thanks! Yes, well I’ve made peace with the dents. But I would love a little more projection and POP, lol. Nothing dramatic, just a little more than this. Also I feel like some fat didn’t make it on my right side and my hips look uneven. I’d do a round 2 for those reasons.
Would you recommend Dr. Kalsow after all of this? I'm considering going to him or a different Dr and it's driving me crazy. If you do a round 2 would you go back to Dr. Kalsow?

More shrinkage on the right side

I had said last week I wouldn’t take any more pics for now, but then I was tempted to do just that. This is Oct 12 (6days post op) vs Nov 22. The right side is looking smaller and more dented. I’m trying not to fall into a depression about it. But I’ve been wanting this surgery for 3 years. Hopefully things will improve when it fluffs… I hope.

Same thing happened to me. A year after I feel like I lost everything that was put in. I had a huge dent and big lump at the bottom of my butt. It looked horrible. I was so depressed too just got a round 2 with a different doctor I’m 4 weeks post op, looks better but dent and lump is still there. I wish I never did the surgery in the first place. Or got butt implants h swear lol only thing guaranteed no deformity lumps or dents
I think it looks pretty fluffy……….
Heyy girl same situation 9 month ago I got buttocks implant them thing are hanging I know how it’s feel so sorry
But just start a gain weight journey it will help you a bit more even tho you will gain fat on your stomach again
The exact same thing happen to me. I was 44 inches before and I'm 43 inches 3 weeks post op. I really should have gone to DR. Money down the drain and a lot of pain.
