Have you all noticed that most of the reviews here are from patients who (on average) are about 2-3 days post-op? (when it's impossible to know your final results.) Well, that is because you are encouraged to leave a review--- and if you do so, you get a discount for an extra massage. So please beware of that.
Dr. Salama has the potential to be EXCELLENT, however, I believe he rushes through most of his procedures-- UNLESS you are an influencer. If you are an influencer, then you will get him at his best.
Twelve months post surgery, I can certainly tell he did a sloppy job on my lipo. One side of my stomach is significantly liposuctioned more / better than the other. I have seen top notch massage therapists in NY, and they all have expressed that they doubt he performed J-plasma on me -- and if he did, it was subpar -- in comparison to their other clients who had it done with other plastic surgeons.
His staff is responsive and cordial, but no one ever followed up with me one month post-op. Typically, most surgeons (or someone from their staff) do this, specially with their out of town patients. It's also really hard to see him more than once post-op. He checks up on you briefly the day after, but if you have any concerns and / or want to talk directly to him before you leave Florida (on your very last appointment,) you basically have to DEMAND that he actually comes through for you on this. And it should not be that way.
Look, I understand he is popular and a "on high demand doctor." But the big downside to that is: quantity is hurting quality. And I truly believe his attention to detail may be suffering because of that.
I would not return to him for any future procedures. I simply expect the best for the amount of $ he charges (and his four + star reviews,) but unfortunately, my experience does not reflect that.
P.S. Two of the ladies he operated on the same week as me-- and who also stayed at same recovery house as me, feel the same.

I am happy I left my review. I get so annoyed seeing all these posts from women (who are so recently operated on and can’t tell final results) and leave 5 stars!
I remember getting to my massage appointment and Naomi telling me they could not give me the discount for it because I had not left a review yet. It just left a bad taste in my mouth.
Anyhow - best luck next time beautiful!
His recovery house was clean and the attendants helpful enough. The food was ok — considering most doctors say you should eat healthy proteins and fat — well, they were not too organized with that either.
Dr. Salama if you’re reading this— perhaps it’s time you see less patients so you could pay attention to those you operate on without any issues! It’s unethical to be aware some of your patients do end up in the ER — for no one to follow up with them. If your team can be calling us for full payment a month prior to surgery— then you sure can follow up with us to see how we are at the end of it all!
