Exceeded expectations - amazing results, first class customer service

If you are looking for amazing results, on top of first class customer service including direct access to your doctor if and whenever necessary even if it is for a silly question, look no further! Honestly I got more than I bargained for with Dr. Reyes. I was confident by looking at his work that the results would be amazing and exactly the type of results I was looking for, but I did not expect him to be so available directly to me before and after my surgery. Prior to the surgery he discussed three separate times (1 virtual and 2 in person) what I wanted, expectations, etc. He made it a point as he was marking me right before the surgery to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted and even gave me a separate option which I chose and resulted in exactly what I wanted. I loved that! I was really appreciative of him going back and forth with me to make sure we were both understanding 100%. He checked in on me directly and with my nurse at the recovery house throughout my recovery, actually by the time one of the girls at my recovery house still hadn’t seen her dr for a follow up I had already seen Dr. Reyes twice with a third appointment scheduled all within my first two weeks of recovery. I didn’t realize how important the customer service part of the process was for me throughout…before and after. Nothing like being filled with anxiety before and having your doctor contact you to discuss your concerns, and NOOOTHING like aaafter you had the surgery and are going through it a little bit and having your doctor walk you through what you are going through and showing you where you will be by this time and actually seeing it become reality. I truly felt he had my health and expectations at the forefront, it wasn’t about just taking my money and doing the surgery then all of a sudden he was harder to reach, NOOO, the opposite they stayed just as attentive, there was no switching up on me and that’s always a fear with getting any kind of service let alone something this huge! The travel all the way to Bogota from USA was absolutely worth it thanks to Dr. Reyes and his staff at Majestic Plastic Surgery.
