Entire Process Horrible

From the beginning, I should have turned away. I went and had a consultation with Dr. Weinzweig and felt comfortable with what he said he could do with my butt. He said he couldn’t do a Kim Kandasian shape but my buttocks would be round. Three months later, I contacted Joann, my assigned consultant. I called, sent emails and I could not get in contact with her. I had to basically beg for a return call. Once she finally called me back to schedule, she suggested that I go with Dr. Flagg because I could get in faster and that he was very good. I took her advice. Covid-19 hits and my surgery was postponed twice. However, I had to call to ask for an update 3 times. I made two requests: 1. To meet Dr. Flagg to go over surgery plans and to add my arms. The coordinator Joanna ignored my requests. I did not speak to Dr. Flagg until the day before surgery. He was not very reassuring or encouraging about what he can do. I was very disappointed in our conversation. I then sent an email to Joanna to cancel my surgery because I felt so discouraged. She never called or emailed me back. At this point, I put down $3700 and did not know the cancellation policy. I went ahead with surgery the next day. BIG MISTAKE!!! Dr. Flagg marked me including my arms and 10 minutes later I was taken into surgery. I awoke without a faja or binder on. Also, my arms were not done.
Results: 1. My butt is horrible. It is still flat. I have had it looked at by professionals that all said the same thing: He could have done more. You can’t tell a difference and my butt is barely touched.
2. I paid for lipo360. My back looks the same. There are still back fat. Also, the sides are barely done.
3. My arms were not done at all. They said the coordinator Joanna and Dr. Flagg did not speak beforehand and she did not put it on the form. He did not notice until I was in surgery sleep. I also was not billed for it. Three weeks requesting this, the horrible coordinator did not add it to the price.
For the amount of money I paid, I feel it was a waste. I now will have to go somewhere else to get my body together. I do not recommend JW plastics at all.
Communication is terrible. They have excuse after excuse for not answering the phone or returning calls. I have tried to talk to the manager, the doctor who owns the practice and can not get to anyone. This has been the worse experience yet. Do not go here!

Meet with the doctors and created a plan for revisions. I will update the outcomes. I feel that they are accommodating and willing to work with me for the best results. This is rare in this business so I greatly appreciate this. Update coming soon.
