THE SURGERY & DR ERSIN --
You will be sent to the hospital as soon as you land for blood work, a private transfer will pick you up from the hospital and your assistant (translator) will meet you at the hospital. I can't believe they were still accommodating and working as I did not arrive to the hospital until late 11 at night. The hospital is super clean and everyone was great! My surgery was 2 days after, Dr Ersin only operates on 2 patients a day and I was so lucky to be his only patient that day so my surgery time was at 12pm. I was getting nervous at this point as I hate being put to sleep but as soon as I met Dr Ersin & his nurses they really put me at ease. Dr Ersin is a very gentle and calm man and very soft spoken. I had my consultation and immediately I just trusted him, I didn't even show him what I wanted or any wish pics, I knew I was in the right hands. When they wheeled me into the theatre, Dr Ersin held my hand and I really appreciated this, something I won't forget. This little gesture made me feel secure and it was a loving touch :)
I remember waking up from the surgery in my private room, I was not in pain, I was able to send a video to my mum to tell her I was OK but let me tell you! My body does not react well to anaesthesia, as I began to regain consciousness I became more dizzy and nauseous. Everything I drank or ate I would get dizzy and vomit immediately. The nurses were so lovely and helped me each time. Honestly, the whole experience is not painful at all. It was just I couldn't handle the vomiting and dizziness but thats just me as I've always had low blood pressure. Around midnight your nurse will get you to walk to the bathroom to go pee, I could walk around but I was so dizzy, still no pain just dizzy :)
The next morning, Dr Ersin came in to check on me, he told me the surgery went well and airdropped me my surgery pictures. I cannot believe how much he transformed my body. i am SNATCHED. I am trying so hard to not fall in love with my swollen body as I know it will go down but OMG, he is a miracle worker. I was in love with my body from the moment I was out of surgery. Seriously, my before vs my after, he is amazing, I can't even describe how pleased I am with my results. My waist is tiny and my hips are proportionate to my shoulders, the ratio goes brazy im not going to lie. LOL just hyping myself up :')

This review will be lengthy and detailed as I want to give as much information as I can. This bbl journey was mentally lonely for me and the reviews on realself really got me through whilst recovering so I'm hoping my review will make a difference to someone else too. I am currently 1 week post op.
ABOUT ME --
I am 158cm, 60kg at the time of surgery. I have always struggled with my weight, I was always "pudgy" had stubborn pockets of fat across my belly. I have a waist but my hip dips would make me straight again :D I went gym for a couple of years, and the projection was definitely there, but my hips never grew and my stomach was never flat. I also developed broader shoulders & a more masculine upper body which I did not appreciate at all. I have wanted a BBL for almost 7 years now but always put it off as I was too scared to go under surgery. There are too many horror stories floating around about fat embolism, and that a BBL has the highest rate of mortality so that always put me off. At the end of 2021 I was feeling so bleh with my body and no matter what I was doing, I just couldnt shift the weight off my belly & I dreamt of having a flat stomach so I decided to take the plunge and used realself to find Dr Ersin. I decided to go for Dr Ersin because all of his reviews were very consistent in the fact he prioritises your health and safety above everything and this immediately comforted me. His instagram also illustrates his care for his patients with loads of informative posts & videos instead of those insta doctor pages where all they post is that one celebrity they've done over and over again.
CLINIC WISE --
I reached out to Dr. Ersin's clinic through realself, and they contacted me directly through whatsapp. I was assigned to Aybuke as my patient coordinator. She was always so lovely & answered all my questions as soon as possible. I never felt like I was bothering her and she was not insistent or pushy like other consultations I've been to. Everyone from clinic wise was amazing. Their hospitality & service was above and beyond, I can't fault them at all. My night nurse at the hospital checked on me every hour after the surgery, was super patient with me and took so much care of me. I actually felt so bad because I kept vomiting throughout the night but she always smiled and asked if I needed anything. Dr Ersin's nurse who did my aftercare & massage was also amazing, I just can't get over how lovely and amazing these nurses were?! After you are discharged from the hospital, 2 nurses (day & night nurse) will come visit you at your hotel room everyday to check up on you and see how you are. They again, were SO nice, they kept asking if I needed them to come back to check on me. I feel so overwhelmed with how caring they were. Thank you to all the nurses, assistants & translators that helped me, I cannot thank you enough for everything
