I had surgery on December 21. My experience was very good start to present. Dr Kagan bedside manner was outstanding, he answered all my questions, listen to me, made me feel at ease and he has surely delivered. I had no pain after my surgery...didnt need meds. I am using them for my massages. I was able to care for my self from day one. I stayed at an air b and b with a private Nurse Jai for the first 24 hrs. I had my first massage the next day which was very painful with Maria at Jolies... She is the best!!! I am getting massages everyday. I am still here. I wasnt sure of the outcome so I booked for 12 days in advance. Please bring extra cash you will need it or have some extra money you can go to the bank and get. I have spent alot but overall i am happy with my results. The staff at Jolies is so caring, reliable and compassionate. They call me several times a day from the time I decided to do surgery until now. If you want a natural look...go with Dr Robert Kagan. He has the skills to give you what you want,he is board certified and he also has many years of experience. I felt like I have known him for years... In just one visit. He took his time to listen to me.I am so happy with my results.. I am a black girl but my skin got badly bruised. I am using Arnica pills and gel. Looks much better now. Post op is very important also to avoid complications. Listen to your doctor and follow his/her instructions!!!!

I started ar 5 feet 2 inches tall, 154 pounds. I ate healthy and workout. In good health overall, always had a low hemoglobin but manage to bring it up(12.3) in 2 weeks before surgery eventhough I had my periods within that time frame. I did not experience any pain after the surgery and I was able to go # 2 On the second day in the am. My surgery was in the evening. So I used the bathroom less than 24 hours after surgery. I did # 1 literally ever 5 mins but I drank lots of fluids. I did not sleep for 3 days, just rested. I only took the pain meds for massages because they were so painful and I felt dizzy when I got them. After using pain meds I was fine. Please know that we all have different bodies and each result may not be the same. I never had surgery before and I have no kids and I am over the age of 40. I am just thanking God to be alive and doing so well!

Thank you for keeping us updated on your progress so far. Sounds like you are doing all the right things post surgery. Definitely drinking lots and lots of fluids mainly water is key! Dehydration is what causes so many problems I noticed after this procedure. Stay moving as much as possible too. I’m dreading the massages but I know they’re necessary. I plan on continuing them when I return home too.
