Dr Nykiel Gave Me Back my Life!

This is going to be long but it’s my whole experience. I’m 5’1 & I’m used to being 130-135, in the past 3 years I’ve gained almost 30 pounds. I didn’t want to wear shorts and wouldn’t be caught dead in a swimsuit. I felt trapped in the my own body. I felt too far gone to find motivation for the gym. I heard Dr Nykiels ad on the radio and contacted them via IG for a consultation. I met Shana who was so sweet and relatable, then Dr Nykiel came in. He was super honest about potential results and while I wanted to add Jplasma to my stomach he said ‘your skin in very good and I think it will bounce back nicely without it’ although I still added it in I really loved the fact I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me. Day before surgery the Anesthesiologist called to introduce herself and ask some questions, I loved that as well. Day of surgery I was so nervous but everyone there was so cheerful and I have an issue of having small veins so sometimes it’s hard to give me an IV, the Anesthesiologist was awesome and get it first try, I woke up from surgery (I don’t remember much besides getting home) I got sick from the pain meds so the first day was rough, Dr Nykiel personally himself texted to check in on me which was very nice. The next day both Shana and the Anesthesiologist reached out to check on me. I had Lipo and Jplasma to my arms, back, stomach and inner thighs along with the fat transfer. Recovery has been pretty smooth, of course it’s uncomfortable but I stopped taking my pain meds after day 3. I know I have to wait 3 months to see my final results but already I can wear clothes I’ve had in my dresser tucked away for years. I cried the first time I put on a tank top and didn’t have it tight in the stomach and my arm fat bulges popping out from the back. Also my back rolls were ridiculous, I legit looked like a pug dog from behind, but Dr Nykiel has given me back my confidence and my life. I’ll forever be thankful to him and his amazing team.
