Congratulations on your results - thanks for sharing!

omg the arm bruising!!! looks painful. did it really help minimize your arm fat?
It actually didn't hurt at all. I just felt like I worked out my arms for an hour. My arms weren't very big from the start, so it wasn't a drastic change. I don't think I can confirm a full judgement on it yet, I'm going to give it a few more weeks since they're still a little swollen.
Did you stay in the recovery house for a extra $600?
I did, I stayed for 7 nights at Dolls Recovery. If you plan on getting surgery and you don't have a friend of family that can help you through the recovery process, I would recommend you stay at a recovery home. I didn't have anyone, and I know 1000% I wouldn't be able to do it by myself.
Yes I'm going by myself! I definitely will be adding the recovery house on thank you! I was just scared because I didn't hear any reviews about the recovery home that they offer. Did they give you transportation to and from the hospital after your surgery? What all did you bring to your surgery
They were actually pretty amazing. There were some things I didn't like, such as having to share one restroom with lots of girls. That was kinda difficult because I felt like peeing every 30 minutes. I suggest you get a portable female urinal so that way when the bathroom is occupied you can use that. It may feel awkward because you'll more than likely have a roommate, but it's better to do that than wet yourself or the bed. All transportation was provided including the massage transportation. I only had to get an Uber from airport pick up to the clinic since my flight was late and I was about to be late to my appointment, but the trip was only $10 so it wasn't bad.
Thank you! I'm thinking about going with dr. Vaguely at spectrum in July I'm so scared because he is new so now I'm thinking about going with the doctor that did your surgery
Also did you buy the BBL accessory package for $900 extra?
I believe he has over 40 years of experience so you have nothing to worry about. My doctor is fairly new at Spectrum also. I believe both surgeons would give great results. Just have a realistic mindset about it so you won't feel any disappointments. The recovery process is very important for the best results too. You can't neglect wearing your compression garment/foams and massages are extremely important too. I wish you the best of luck on your surgery, don't hesitate to ask me more questions :)
I'm not sure what accessory package that may be. My surgery was $3,000 for the bbl/lipo360 + $600 for arm lipo. She had a new surgeon special. I was offered to purchase a recovery package for $380 but I didn't buy it. Only purchase what you need.
Okay thank you! I'm scheduled with your doctor for July Will they give me a faja? Or do I have to bring one
I'm not sure what deal they gave you, you should ask your coordinator if you haven't received an email detailing what's included in your surgery package. 1 faja was included in my package as well as the compression socks and 1 massage. They do not encourage people to buy their own faja outside of their clinic. When you get there, they will look at your body and determine which size to put you in. Typically they put you in a size that's 2x bigger because you'll be very swollen during your first week. Once it's your 2nd week you can get a tighter one or have your faja you get from the clinic altered by a seamstress. I honestly don't think they will let you use your own faja if you take one on the day of your surgery, so just trust in them to get you the right size. I think it was either $110 or $120 for the faja. I purchased an extra one so that way when one is being washed I can wear another one.
Yes I've received a email it says the socks are included but not the faja. And also did you have to find a place down there to get your massages?
Okay, in this case it seems like you do have to purchase your faja separately. Which they'll sell it to you at the clinic. Under your contract it does say your first week you should have your massages at Spectrum. However, while I was staying at the recovery home some girls had someone come visit the recovery home to do the massages there. I think that person charges like $60 - $80 a massage. I suggest you contact your coordinator to get more info on how much you'd be charged for your massages. I got a 3 massages package from Spectrum that was $150. I'm not sure if they still have that offer, you should ask.
