So this is a picture I took without my faja. I have mixed feelings about my results. Dr Kagan did give me more of a nice shape and took most of my back fat. My waist is smaller then it was but my stomach is still pretty swollen. Hoping it gets smaller. My behind was a lot bigger right after surgery and I’m scared it will completely disappear because each day looks smaller. Definitely got a lift and looks better just hope it doesn’t get any smaller because I don’t plan on going for a second round. I will post more as the days go on. I am currently 17 days post op.
Before pictures
I was always a very slim person but after my last child I gained weight. Some said I wasn’t as big but because I’m petite only 5 feet tall I felt like my body was oddly shaped. The weight was mainly in my stomach, waist, and upper back. Here are my before pictures. I haven’t taken any after pictures yet. I will soon I just wanted to wait for most of the swelling to go down to show accurate results. My stomach took the most beating so it’s been the hardest for the swelling to go down.
Dr Kagan Did my BBL
Hello dolls-
I had my procedure completed on April 2nd. I am now 8 days post op. I wanted to wait until after my procedure to give you guys an accurate review. Let me start by saying I was extremely nervous since I have never had any surgeries. I did research and tried my best to be as ready as possible. I went to Jolie Plastic Surgery Center and my surgeon was Dr Kagan. I can honestly say that my experience with Jolie was bad and I would give them 1 star rating. Now my experience with Dr Kagan was a 5 star. Although it was hard to decide who was responsible for my after care right after surgery. So my pre-op at Jolie took hours even tho I got there before 9am on a Saturday. They stated they open at 9am but when I got there there were at least 6 people already who had been let inside since 8am. I didn’t leave until maybe almost 3pm. It was crazy. The day of my surgery I met Dr Kagan. He is really nice and down to earth. He asked where we were from and he was happy to know we were from Chicago. He let my husband be in the room to ask questions and we never felt rushed. He was very personable and gave me confidence that everything would be ok. Now the day of my surgery I was given a 1pm arrival time. I didn’t go into surgery until maybe 5:30pm. Jolie does everything really slow be prepared to wait. Some star are really nice others act like their huge asses affect their brains lol. Anyways, hell came after my surgery. So once the anesthesiologist got me he took me to the OR where it was freezing. I remember being there for maybe 5 minutes and the next thing I remember was waking up in a room with Jolie staff talking. I received no care from any of them. I remember being completely confused and trying to talk and ask for water. Nobody came to me. I was almost in tears from just being under the anesthesia. All I remember is them dressing me and grabbing me to put me in a wheelchair. I got no time to sit up or walk to recover. I have friends in the medical field and I was also told by Jolie that I would be in recovery for some hours to ensure I was able to walk when being picked up. None of that happened! My husband stated they instructed him to pick me up from the back of the facility. He stated that at least 3 girls were released thru that door but all 3 came out walking whereas I was pushed out in a wheelchair completely out of it. He didn’t understand why I was in that state. He was nervous for me and I can’t even remember seeing him or how I got into the car. I just remember hearing his voice. My confusion lasted for a few hours. When I explained to him that I was immediately thrown into a wheelchair when my eyes opened he understood why I was wheeled out and so out of it. I was in pain not just soreness like some have said it feels like. I was never given anything by Jolie staff before being released.
Days 1 -3 are probably the worst days. I am known to be pain tolerable and let me tell you I felt pain. I’ve had 3 kids 2 with no epidural and 1 with. I say for these days take the narcos pain meds. Also I started doing my drainage massages day after my surgery. DO NOT PASS ON THESE MASSAGES! They are needed for faster recovery and to reduce pain and swelling. The massages were painful so take the narcos right before you go in. After you’re done you will feel relief and better. In Miami I went to CS Post massages they were really nice and good. In Orlando I did the rest of my massages at ZenBrazil with Leticia. Let me tell you this place is amazing! Worth every penny! Leticia is amazing and nurturing. She cares about your pain. She came in on a Sunday to give me one last drainage massage and I felt amazing after. She took out a lot of liquid out of me causing my swelling to go down.
I am now 8 days post and I still have swelling around my stomach. My stomach is the worst. My back is a lot better. I am still stiff from some of the swelling but I am a lot better than I’ve been in days.
I will post pictures soon. I happy with my results so far.
