Approximately 3 years ago I went to DR. Smiley for a breast lift, tummy tuck ,liposuction and fat transfer to the buttocks I paid $17,000 when I went back in for my check up I had what they call dog ears on the side of my hips and the left side of my butt was a lot smaller Dr. Smiley told me I might need to do another fat transfer to the buttocks .So I waited a year and went back to Dr. Smiley and he charged me $3900 for the fat transfer now I'm in $20,100 .So last year around Dec I went back for another consultation because now I'm having to buy shirts to cover my butt because it's very noticeable that my left side of my butt has a BIG indention in it and Dr. Smiley said he would charge me $3900 once again to fix my butt he said he now has a new machine and this time it would be better. So I had a appointment 3/10/2017 I went in to pay for the surgery and sat and waited for 4 hrs. now Dr. Smiley is charging me $7200 I am very disappointed in how he can jack up the price to pay for his new machine and he should be doing this surgery for free If anyone has any advise please post comments Thank You
