I’m sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.

I completed my consultation process and submitted photos months in advance. Based on that review, I was approved to move forward and scheduled surgery at the Dallas location.

At my pre-op appointment after being prepped with an IV I was informed that I would need an additional procedure that would have doubled the overall cost. This was never communicated during the initial review process with the main office.

I was uncomfortable with a major change in surgical plan and pricing at that stage, so I chose not to proceed.

When I requested a refund, I was initially told there would be a $2,500 cancellation fee, despite the change occurring after I had already been approved and scheduled. The situation was eventually resolved and I received a refund minus the deposit, but the overall experience was stressful and disappointing.

I strongly encourage future patients to have their full surgical plan and pricing confirmed clearly and in writing before pre-op.

I was local to Dallas, but I can only imagine how much more difficult this would be for someone who traveled out of state based on the original approval.

Correction: I was told all this information the day of surgery NOT at pre-op.
